    Boy, did i need to hear this right now. Probably need to watch it a few more times. My whole body is sore from holding onto a hurt from someone who almost certainly has no idea they've "wronged" me. Rationally, I know it's a personal trigger and that most people wouldnt think twice about it, but my mind is obsessively analyzing and re-analyzing how I justified I am in feeling like a victim. It's literally causing physical pain. I've got a lot of work to do...
