I've never seen a more clear cut example of small town injustice. It's sickening how this poor man has been treated. Hang in there Richard Allen. The truth will set you free.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. From my view, the mountain of circumstantial evidence against Allen has zero relation to Allen's prison treatment. It is 'outside' evidence that convicted him. No doubt his treatment in prison was terrible. With the gag over, hoping that jury members provide some specific details. How much weight did they put on the overall timeline, the white van, RA's confession, and the bullet, and whatever. That would give the public a better perspective as to the verdict.

@biztrak4436 The bullet didn't have Richard Allen's DNA on it, which highly suggests a set-up. His DNA was also NOT found at the crime scene. It's impossible to commit a crime of this nature, drag a body, and not leave some DNA behind. What happened here is the investigation was botched, so they made up their own narrative and framed Richard Allen. It's a common practice in the pursuit of justice for high-profile crimes. There are many examples of mis-justice throughout our legal systems history.

@@xaninafantaIdk maybe just the defense’s 140 page memorandum full of COMPELLING evidence. The prosecution couldn’t even come up with any more than circumstantial evidence at best
