I just saw them with Cage the Elephant and Walk the Moon. Big Data was awesome! Great stage presence, and their opening song, Stroke of Return was the shit! Thx Big Data, you got yourself a new fan!
They remind me so much of The Talking Heads in their earlier years. I'm not sure of the young woman's name but she reminds me a lot of the actress Pauley Perrette. I first heard this song only a few days ago on the radio and now have found it somewhat "addictive" to listen to.
Please let this girl sing the dual vocals is cool and new wave but this girl has the voice of an angel so let her flow cuz you know this Girl is about Steal the Show I dig what this song is all about cuz I know what they got planned for us... bet they didn't know together we are quite dangerous.... this wont be the final fate for us just a new world thats not so scandalous..... I like this beat you all have talent let this girl sing her voice is melodic beautiful like a sweet angel where are you all from?
lizy ryan You ARE the bomb! Help me out as I am soooo confused, how many female singers are there? joywave sings on the current radio version? are YOU in Big Data? I love this video in this little venue ....it's awesome to see you guys in just a pure simple environment....as you guys blow up....AND YOU ARE BLOWING UP !!!! .....you will look back at this video and laugh at how small it was! I never miss my clapping part! Anyways I HOPE YOU are the main singer and and this IS the band in THIS video that it BIG DATA and who is in big data! Again we love you and cant wait till you come to Atlanta!!!! Gary
They are the shit and this is their masterpiece. In my head I would kill to see BabyMetal and Big Data on the same bill. Note to self: put it on the bucket list.
"they gathered up a warrant, cuz they, bud understand I've got a plan for us, I betcha didn't know that I was dangerous, it must be Vader found a place for us, I betcha didn't know someone could love ya this much"
yours is better - and instead of "they're in control" I thought they sang "they're on patrol." I like mine better too. www.metrolyrics.com/dangerous-lyrics-big-data.html
I REALLY REALLY LOVED this song until I saw THIS. I never ever want to hear or see this like this agan....never live...I will stick to the doctored and mastered vesions....omg...you know, actually you could use this version as a burglar alarm. Not only would they leave your house alone, they would take back everything they ever stole and never steal again...lol---wish I had stopped with the photo shoot! lol
I actually like this better than the original, more life breathed into it. It's not the same, but is also why I like it better. I don't really know why you took your time to spread you hate tho, would be more time efficient to just watch something else.
mikenkfalls Sorry for the confusion...I was replying to Sherry Westerfield complaining about the song not sounding like she expected. I appreciate the difference in the song produced vs live....gives it a different life. And apparently Big Data uses two different female singers at different points, giving it an even more range of difference.
Something Clever On the version with the Big Data Shoes, the one on the radio, the singer is Joywave. He's the guy in the testing sequence on the right of the screen.
I remember being super pumped to see these guys live only to be let down by their geeky and at times cringy dance moves and vocals. Oh well. They’re on stage doing what they love so more power to them
You were let down by their geeky and at times cringy dance moves? What fucking video were you watching before you went to see them? That's the whole point! Revenge of the nerd funk. Begone with your nonsense. They are the shit and this is their masterpiece! I can't believe I had to say that out loud.
Smith Curry then why sing it at all? it makes them look incredibly bad, especially for a new band. this makes me feel like there only going to be around for a year, then fade. just like a lot of bands these days. even that girl singer was missing the notes. that fucking guy is an octave lower, laughs off his mistake, sounds drunk as fuck, and it sounds like shit that way. i just don't get. sorry for the diatribe i just love this song, this is a really disappointing revelation. lol oh and he's trying dance like a mo-town singer but he can't for shit lol
Smith Curry still this ruins there image and sound regardless. im upset, every live performance by these guys seems to be different then the album, and not in a good way.
Saw them in Seattle last night with a similar setup plus a guitar. They sounded truly amazing. In this video they sound... well, pretty human.
i LOVE THIS band KEEP SINGING FOR YOUR FANS YOU ARE THE BEST SINCE 20013
Thanks for a great song. It is nice to see someone having fun with music.
Don't know how long this has been out, but just found it today..I loooove it!!
I'm convinced, post production works miracles.
stating the obvious.
stackingPain
So does singing lessons!
TLgamer ...even if one is tone deaf?
Absolutely. Some better pre-production and they could sound much better live.
I just saw them with Cage the Elephant and Walk the Moon. Big Data was awesome! Great stage presence, and their opening song, Stroke of Return was the shit! Thx Big Data, you got yourself a new fan!
Wooow ! Three great bands in just one night ! It doesn't happen a lot, here, in Switzerland !!!
Yeah...smart SEXY music w/hooks.
Great dance happy music.
Love this song!!!
reminiscent of early talking heads... Love the sound keep bringing the truth...
Great comparison! Agreed.
This song is awesome! Geat live performance!!!
Awesome Song. refreshing, funky and she is beautiful.
They remind me so much of The Talking Heads in their earlier years. I'm not sure of the young woman's name but she reminds me a lot of the actress Pauley Perrette. I first heard this song only a few days ago on the radio and now have found it somewhat "addictive" to listen to.
THIS SONG IS AMAZING. I NEED THIS PLAYED AT MY FUNERAL.
nice mix of message, vocal artistry and creative
metering. my interest is captivated.
Lizy is exotically beautiful and her voice is honey
I agree
Couldnt have said it better myself she's Irish and Asian I think
Jesus H Christ, they sound frikken amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!😁😁😁😁😁😁😁💖💞✨

thanks man! we're from brooklyn! hah

Dudes got one of the best looking beards this side of the Mississippi
I think this is AWESOME!
They are the shit and this is their masterpiece. In my head I would kill to see BabyMetal and Big Data on the same bill. Note to self: put it on the bucket list.
Just so amazing 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👌
Love this jam
I,am still waiting for some more music. you guys are the shit.!!!!
Lizy Ryan, beauty, Alan Wilkis sexy beast. Also, Alan's Frankenstein dance moves make me so happy!
Love the bass and drums. Do Big Data ever use guitars?
She reminds me of Cindy from the B52's without the bouffant hair.
Whats on that black music desk he taps with that drumstick
I feel like it's really fun to be part of this band
Class act! I probably prefer the live version. Having seen a couple of different BD line-ups, this is the best team.
Sweet video! I don't understand it, but I'm left feeling impressed.
lots of sounds not accountted for
Name of the girl?
Her name is lizzy, I know she is irish, I forgot the last name. It is irish for sure.
ok, where is the person that actually sang this song??
Bevo The longhorn it's Alan Wilkis
[] soup [] *_Nah, it’s actually Daniel Armbruster from Joywave, he obviously can’t sing with them tho because he has his own band._*
OnlyLuck oh...thank you for the information
Who is this woman?
I should do the part of joywave and send it to them and see how long it takes them to contact me for the part.
You guys are all haters music sound the same live. Wtf it sounds good.
"they gathered up a warrant, cuz they, bud understand I've got a plan for us, I betcha didn't know that I was dangerous, it must be Vader found a place for us, I betcha didn't know someone could love ya this much"
yours is better -
and instead of "they're in control" I thought they sang "they're on patrol." I like mine better too.
www.metrolyrics.com/dangerous-lyrics-big-data.html
vapormissile in this live instance they did in fact sing, "they're on patrol". source: my ears 1:35
dang - I thought so...
actually i'm pretty sure it is "on patrol" and metrolyrics got this wrong
cram1nblaze
I suddenly feel smarter, blaze.... Thanks.
Are they playing to a backtrack?
cool its new wave?
@1:30, anyone know y the male singer made the comment, "THERE WE GO!" ?
mjt11860 the people watching clapped at the correct time.
Thanks Bubba The Love Sponge , for the recommend , the band is great I also love them, no homo
Ok this needs to be the sound track for the next Bond film and Lizzy Ryan is totally hot!
Just a good song, isn't it?
use not only sql solutions for big data else must be dangerous ;)
this song will be on fifa 16' next year
they just don't have "Joywave" singing which makes sense because he's not in the band Big Data... hence he is not singing in this version.
🤘💯
I give a thumbs-up for the song. But Joywave (a real band,) really makes it rock.
I like the song, but it's disappointing to see that some of the keys and drums were pre-recorded for this live version.
Space for all of the instruments and players were an issue.. They set up an tore down 3 times and weren't able to sound check
That lass has pins fer days....
I thought Boyd Coddington died?
2:50!
funniest thing i've seen in years
florida central credit union is where it's at!!
listen to "Moving in Stereo" by the CARS. Hmmmmmm
CHECK OUT THE OFFICIAL VIDEO FOR THIS SONG!!!...ITS FUCKED UP!!!...awsome!!!
This song is so much better with Lizy sing in it.
I hear a cymbal, but I don’t see one!
It's not possible but it's true... they can't sing... I LOVE THEM EVEN MORE NOW!
wow, things people say
I'm confused. Is this the same band? Somebody needs Lorde's auto-tuner.
Two instruments
Wow... Sounds nothing like the album version.
Matt Hanrahan That applies to most live music and all big data performances
Not gonna lie, I was very disappointed by the live version
check out the JBTV version if you haven't already. It is fantastic-er.
Live at KRQQ Red Bull Sound Space is amazing. Check that one out.
No Joywave.
Me too :(
That woman is beautiful. She looks like Selma Blair.
Definitely a very attractive woman
I can't help it I'm getting distracted buy a set of long legs
I agree that chick is hot 🔥🔥🔥🔥
+steven lesher That girl is definitely a hottie !!
This :D
She is a hottie !!
Same here, legs rule.
She goes blah he turns his head says ew ew n she does it
I dig this song but the synth in it is a bit of a Metronomy rip.
Kinda figured the singer would have a beard and the pair of glasses..
That's not the person who sang on the original track. It was Daniel Armbruster from the group Joywave.
Ohh okay
I don't know the young girl's name but she has some very beautiful legs!
Those legs though
Ouch, yea...this is pretty bad, no matter what the intended effect was. Recorded version at least always around to hear though.
Cv
He probably gets eric wareheim n vance joy a bunch
This crap should've been on Madden 15 and you wanna know by don broco
V Wars
ahh, drunken karaoke... nice)

+Sherry Westerfield Go back to your autotune songs and don't ever go to any concert.
mikenkfalls Sorry for the confusion...I was replying to Sherry Westerfield complaining about the song not sounding like she expected. I appreciate the difference in the song produced vs live....gives it a different life. And apparently Big Data uses two different female singers at different points, giving it an even more range of difference.
Is this the actual group, or a cover? I can't imagine being able to change the sounds so drastically for the radio version.
Something Clever On the version with the Big Data Shoes, the one on the radio, the singer is Joywave. He's the guy in the testing sequence on the right of the screen.
NOT THE SAME WITHOUT DANIEL!!!!!
Yeah
It's Selma Blair's out of tune sister!
I remember being super pumped to see these guys live only to be let down by their geeky and at times cringy dance moves and vocals. Oh well. They’re on stage doing what they love so more power to them

i think the dance moves kinda fit what they're going for. He's a robot. duh. That's how robots dance
He doesn't sound anything like he does in the song, and I had no idea they had a female singer
sounds nothing like their album what the heck??? kinda ruined it.

Smith Curry like their half assing it the whole time.
This song sucks without joywave in it.
Edward Snowden wrote the lyrics.
Sherry do you judge everyone by their cover??
It's...pathetic!
That girl is beautiful. Wish i knew her, so i can make her my wife and make her happy for the rest of her life...
You say that as if youre sure she'd be attracted to you if she truly did know you lmao.
Live music? Liiiiiive? I think not. garbage. Love the LP though
Why is he talking like that
Somebody turn off those shoes...
I sing in my bathroom better than this. 🤗
the dudes vocals sound horrible.
Disappointment
This song is literally garbage haha
