During the calibration procedure, everything progresses according to the instructions until the equipment performs the zero. At this point, instead of receiving the expected message to apply gas, I am presented with the indication "Closed."

Double-check the manual and ensure you are in a non-hazardous area when zeroing your monitor. It requires fresh air and this may cause you some issues. If your issue persists you should contact your local service centre, they will assist in diagnosing the issue.
Gas detection is crucial in frontline operations, so promptly addressing calibration issues is essential. Feel free to share any updates or findings with us-we’re interested in learning how it turns out! 🛠️🔍

Hi, if your monitor displays "failed" this means the monitor needs calibrated. If it still displays "failed" after it has been calibrated, the monitor will need replaced. I hope this answers your question! Feel free to contact us on 0141 771 7749 if you have any further questions :) Thanks, Sarah.
