Sure glad you like the GasAlertQuaatro. Large screen LCD, single-button operation and swappable batteries makes this a key product in the multi-gas detection industry.

Same for me great video! But, mine has and X on the O2 quadrant. Can I change de O2 sensor?

Hey Patrick, absolutely. Just buy the sensor, take the monitor apart, and install it. Then wait an hour and zero and calibrate the unit and you'll be good to go. You can find the sensor from us here: www.idealcalibrations.com/bw-technologies-gas-alert-quattro/bw-technologies-gas-alert-quattro-oxygen-o2-sensor

Great video and thanks for the hints! Mine has got a little wrinkle. The O2 wouldn't auto-zero so I put in a new O2 sensor but still won't auto-zero. Is this a known problem / fix?

Hey Gord, did you wait 30 mins - 1 hour after you installed the sensor to zero? If it won't auto-zero, try and put it through the full calibration cycle. Should fix it unless there's a board or a problem with the new sensor you got (it does happen occasionally, just happened to me yesterday on a new sensor).

Wow, has it been a month already? Just got back to this and I waited a bit and YES! Thank you.

I did an 02 swap per video and now the it comes on but the screen is not coming on. What could have happened?

Sounds like a zebra strip must have fallen out. It connects the LCD screen to the board.

I have one of these at work and we just recently started having an issue with it. On startup its failing the sensor self test, and then failing to auto zero. Calibration has done no good. Detector is around 2 years old and rarely used. Faulty sensor?

2 years old and having this problem, 9/10 it's a bad oxygen sensor. Just needs to be replaced and you're good to go. Can either send it in to a shop like ours or buy the sensor and replace it yourself (not hard with a screwdriver). We sell a replacement sensor for it here: www.idealcalibrations.com/bw-technologies-gas-alert-quattro/bw-technologies-gas-alert-quattro-oxygen-o2-sensor
