None that I would trust if using a gas detector daily. What gas are you looking at? Unless it's something seriously exotic you should be getting way more than 6 months out of a cylinder
Hey Amrish, sounds like you just need to buy an oxygen sensor and recalibrate the unit. Unfortunately we only have the one location in Detroit, MI, United States
During the calibration procedure, everything progresses according to the instructions until the equipment performs the zero. At this point, instead of receiving the expected message to apply gas, I am presented with the indication "Closed."
Hello, my bet would be that something is going wrong during Zero. Is the oxygen sensor reading properly? Alternatively, it could be the configuration on the monitor. You need to make sure it is set to allow for field calibrations. It comes this way from the factory, but someone may have changed it. Check it out in the Fleet Manager software
Thank you so much for your quick response. My suspicion is that it may not be configured to allow field calibrations. The oxygen sensor is reading at 20.9, which seems unusual. Do you have any videos demonstrating how to connect to Fleet Manager and whether there is an administrator password? Thank you!@@Idealcalibrations
This video was great. Thank you for making this, it was simple and to the point, and easy to understand. Thank you!
Thanks man, I appreciate the kind words!
Are there any alternatives to daily bump test? I understand the importance of it, but the gas cannisters expire every 6 months and they are expensive.
