Can You Move Out of Your PNP Province? | Canada PNP Programs 2023 | Canada PR | Dream Canada

  • I’ve answered if you can move out of your PNP province if you get your Canada PR through PNP programs like the AINP (Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program/ Alberta Express Entry System), SINP (Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program), MPNP (Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program), AIPP (Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program), OINP (Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program), BC PNP (British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program), Quebec Skilled Worker Program, etc. and if so, when you can actually move out, and the PNP conditions or restrictions on which you can move to another province from your nominating PNP province.
You should be really careful while moving to another province in Canada as you could be deported, your Permanent Residence (PR) status can be revoked, and you can even be banned from entering in Canada for 5 years even through a visitor visa

Hey Jason,You do in depth research before putting anything out there 🎉🔥.By the way what if I ve applied for PR and studying in some other province on student visa while my PR is being processed.Any video on that where a person applies for PR,doesn't wait for it,goes out to study in Canada and just after finishing one yr of studies or so receives the PR.If the province you applied for PR is same as that of the college you are studying well and good but,if it's not the same province, what's the whole process and what are the chances of PR acceptance. Also ,if you applied PR for the post of say software engineer but you are studying marketing in Canada while your PR is being processed how does that work.A video or your light on this issue will be most appreciated! Thanks 😀

good morning dream canada, i find your information on this topic very helpful. I do have a question though. as a medical personnel it is recommended for me to do a 1 year training on the canadian healthcare system and healthcare practices before practicing in canada and the schools that offer such programs are either in ontario or british columbia. My question, is it possible to move out of the province of nomination for educational purposes with the aim of getting the necessary accreditations before coming back to reside after completion. thank you

Good job Jason the crisp explanation
But one of my confusion please clarify
If a person is having lower than eligibility criteria Of 67 so how one can apply into PNP I mean how to create a profile? That would be only possible at a website of particular province only and that too after a job offer? Is that right?
Or still a person can create a profile at ircc website

Only express entry oriented PNP streams (eg the Alberta express entry program) require you to fulfill 67 EE points. There are many PNP programs and streams for which you can apply separately through an EOI process on their websites. Kindly refer to the PNP playlist on the channel for more details: ua-cam.com/play/PLoN-WF7moqIgCMclx_K_CHCv5KqIoyyg7.html

Since you've intended Edmonton in your application, it'll be better to arrive at Edmonton. You can move within the province later.

I hate this (not your video, but the rules!). They shouldn't issue PR, if you're NOT free to move anywhere in Canada. Period!
If the province want us to remain loyal, after obtaining PR, they should....
    1) Issue a 'Provincial' PR.
    2) Clearly state the minimum of time the Provincial PR holder must remain in the province, before they can upgrade to a National PR status.
The ambiguity is very unfair and stupid.
I am going through the AIPP (Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program). So, I am not sure if it's the same for this program.

PNP Or SINP OR ATLANTIC PILOT PROGRAM. IF YOU GOT SELECTED THROUGH THIS PROGRAM SO YOU HAVE TO STAY AT LEAST 3 YEARS AND YOU CAN MOVE TO ANY OTHER PROVINCES. IS THAT TRUE.
I AM INTERESTED TO TRY IN PNP MY EXPRESS ENTRY SCORE IS 350 ONLY
