Great topic! One should also take into consideration section 6, subsection 3 of the mobility rights. There’s a settlement plan an applicant signs when applying to be nominated that indicates you must have the intention to work and live in the province that nominates you. Province may not do their due diligence to monitor permanent residents thru the PNP stream who moved to another province, but I hope no one would face the consequence of what they did. I am personally glad that there’s some sort of discussion about this as I find that this is the most abused immigration stream.

This is rubbish, once you get your PR status you can move to any province no one will ask any questions about this! It's your right! This is a misconception that you have to stay for 1 or two years, at time of citizenship the law does not state anything otherwise!

The NB province invited me as a PNP candidate, and me and my friends called IRCC 4 times to get an advice from four different agent, they all said if you have your RP card so you can move anywhere you want in Canada.
And we asked for citizenship they sad that the citizenship see if you are residing in Canada and it's never related to a province because you are a canadian RP and not a provincial RP.
Ok we sad that it's IRCC so we moved forward and called the New Brunswick immigration agents three time, believe me the three all was mad about our questions and they all saying that you have your RP .. the province will never do anything against you as you are an RP of Canada and an RP of New Brunswick.
That's it, you can try and calll them you will get the response.

    Hello,
Your videos are so informative and I have been following your channel since 9 months. I have my express entry profile Active (with all necessary conditions met), and ticked on "ALL PNP" option, and in pool since Jan 25, 2022. Due to age factor, my CRS points got reduced to 350 in June, 2022. Also I have a CRS score of CLB 8 (7.5 in Listening, 6.5 each in Reading, Speaking ,Writing) in IELTS. Can you please shed some light on how long does it usually take in getting a NOI from Canadian Provinces after creating EE profile or do I need to submit new Express Entry profile since its 7 months old now.
Requesting your assistance and hoping to receive feedback from your end.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Dimple
