Congratulations Rohit! What you have received is an NOI (Notification of Interest) from Ontario. This targeted draw held yesterday was indeed for candidates with CRS scores between 463 - 477. You can now go online on the Ontario Immigration website, on the OINP e-filing Portal to submit your scanned documents & pay your fee. A simple Google search for the OINP e-filing Portal will take you to the correct page. Once the officials verify your documents & fee payment, you'll receive your PNP from Ontario. How do you get a notification of interest from Ontario? Do you get an NOI just for creating an express entry and expressing interest to Ontario or are there any other criteria like your NOC code etc.?

Sorry this is a year late but Ontario issues NOIs based on specific criteria. For example, a week prior to this comment, they issued NOIs for people with 400 or greater points who were health professionals. Other times, it can be People in IT. It just depends on what they are looking for at the tine

I have received NOI from Ontario. I am in the process of filling the details in OINP portal.1. At what stage we need to show the proof of funds? I am planning to create a new FD account and put my funds there? Will it be okay if the FD is recently created?
Your UA-cam videos are extremely helpful.I had received a notification of interest (NOI) from OINP. Now in order to submit the application I have to show the proof of funds. I do not have sufficient funds in my bank account so I decided to sell my gold and deposit the amount in my bank account.
Is this last minute bulk deposit of money acceptable if I write a letter of explanation with GST Bill of the gold sold?

1. Yes, you need to have a valid Express Entry profile before you apply for the OINP HCP stream as this is an Express Entry oriented program.
2. No, you do not need a job offer to apply for OINP. You just need to have had previous work experience of at least 1 year in the past 5 years in NOC 0, A or B.

HCP draws are usually held every month. We can expect one very soon since the last one was held on Feb 13th. You're almost in the invited CRS score range. The last two invites had scores of 460-472 & 467-471. All the best for your application!

Hello Jason, Your videos are very well defined, I have some questions, for OINP, First step is to create an express entry profile, and while creating that profile it asks for interested provinces, so there, need to select Ontario only?
Question#2: once the profile is created, and if I get NOI , then i have to apply in OINP ePortal
Question#3: i am falling under NOC 2173, obtained clb 7, work Experience is 9yrs almost, studies: BSCS (WES has been obtained), so am i eligible to apply, when i calculate score, it shows below 400.

1. You can select Ontario if you're applying ONLY to Ontario, otherwise select ALL provinces;
2. Yes;

First of all, thanks for such a very informative video, It helped me a lot. My query, however, is a bit different. I have accepted and applied after receiving the NOI on Ontario portal. The processing time is between 2 to 3 months. If I get an invitation from the Express entry Federal draw, can I accept it and ask for a refund? I read on the Ontario website that you cannot accept for FSW ITA after applying to OINP or is it after getting the nomination letter? Help would be much appreciated.
If you get your nomination letter from Ontario, you have to use this nomination in your PR application to get 600 CRS points. Then you get selected through the Federal draws normally..

Yes, both your parents as well as your bank statements will be needed as supporting documents to the gift deed document, just to make sure the funds are obtained from a legitimate source. I have some questions if you can help me this will be great
1- I received NOI from Ontario 3 days ago based on my EE profile which includes only me with score of 462 , can I add my wife now to my profile by modifying my EE and include her details in online portal of Ontario knowing that adding her now will decrease my points to 430 ? Will this impact ontario nomination ? If your answer is yes it will impact the nomination and I shouldn’t add her then my next question will be

An express entry profile has a validity period of 12 months, after which you can create a new one.

Initially my application was without dependents accompanying in ee and points were 469... I got noi from oinp and nominated with 600... my oinp application was with dependents accompanying....
Later, once after nomination I changed my ee profile to dependents accompanying..meanwhile I emailed oinp team regarding the same... I received response saying even with or without dependents accompanying my points are going to be the same....
So I decided to go with dependents accompanying...
Any challenges going forward or any success stories with the profile history you know about...

IRCC asks applicants to submit only their highest completed credential for an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA). As per IRCC if we have a master's degree from India, then we do not need to submit a bachelor's degree for ECA. Based on this ECA was provided for only the master's degree. But for OINP do we need ECA for both bachelor's and master's degrees? or would ECA for a master's degree be sufficient??
For India, you need to evaluate BOTH Master's and Bachelor's. Exceptions are only for Master of Education, Master of Engineering, Master of Philosophy, or Master of Technology.

Hi Harpreet, congratulations! You will now have 45 calendar days to submit a complete application on the OINP e-Filing portal. Follow the instructions mentioned in this video & in your interest letter.

Something wasn't clear for me. Should we register for the OINP program after registering in Express Entry Program or should or will they automatically pick us out from the EEP if we're eligable?
They will automatically pick u by sending u a notification of interest to ur Express entry inbox. All u can do is wait for that notifcation. Provinces that need express of interest on their portal are Saskatchewan, Prince Edward and New Brunswick

My CRS is 395. With CLB 7, MASTER'S DEGREE and 5 year's work experience. is there any chance i can get a NOI. Just one more thing, if only I get NOI from Ontario I can go and fill in the application for OINP. Before that I cannot fill application and ask them to send me a NOI. Please suggest what can I do.

Hi, kindly clear my doubt for HCP I need to create an express entry profile and select Ontario as my province. If I met their need then they will invite me to apply for their PNP right? Then I need to create onip profile and pay the fee. Thank you. Sorry for disturbing you.

I tried creating OINP HCP PROFILE and there is a required field which says ' What date did you receive your notification of interest from ontario in your IRCC online account?' .. how will i enter a date as i dint receive NOI.. does it mean i cannot create profile without NOI?Can you please help Jason
