I made this cake and it was soooo good! I baked it in two 9 inch cake pans instead of 8 inch and it still came out good! Next time I plan to bake your Ferrero rocher cake ;)
I did not change the temperature. But regarding the baking time, I usually do not rely on the baking time in recipes, since I feel every oven is different. Mine took less time to bake than the time mentioned in the recipe!

i would havr to say personally i love this cake and so does my customers...the only thing is..i have to make the batter twice because i like to get even layers..and for an 8in round pan it takes 4cups of batter for that pan...i also through in a chocolate cake layer to this and its AWESOME

It is my mum's birthday tomorrow so I am making her this cake as she is the biggest coffee, chocolate, and caramel lover I know. I used your sugar syrup recipe/technique from a recent dulce de leche cake video and wrote out, "Happy Birthday Mum!" which I placed in the centre of the cake. I also learned that mini macaroons are extremely moreish and that in the future I need to bake more than I plan on using... the taste test cookie turned into the taste test cookies... and I still want another one! Tatyana, you will have made my mum's day tomorrow when she tries this!

I love your videos Tatyana! I have a question. So I'm from Malaysia and we generally use metric to weigh our ingredients. Do you have the metric weight for the the ingredients as I would like it to be as accurate as possible.

I made this cake. And it turned out to be really delicious. The only problem was that the cake was a bit too hard and wasn't moist enough. Other than that,it was perfect

Alright Tatyanna I am about to attempt the idea I told you following your steps here, but a lil twist to it.. I want to make my frosting today (Tuesday) and put it in a air tight container can I do that and let it sit on the counter top or do you suggest the fridge? Im not using the frosting until Thursday night? My other question is I want to bake the cake Wednesday night and place them in the fridge with the coffee soakin in it wrap in plastic until I am ready to put it all together on Thursday. Which will be the best option to do.. I am taking this cake with me to work Friday..
Hi! Hope your frosting turned out well! I would recommend placing the frosting into the refrigerator. You will need to let to warm back up to room temperature before using it to frost the cake. Letting the cake layers sit in the refrigerator will work well! Just make sure to wrap them tightly so they don't dry out :)

It's a delicious combination! I just use a french press, then pour it into the dispensor bottle. You can also use espresso

Hi! :) It's a whipping cream, which usually has higher fat content than coffee cream. Look for a cream with 30-35% fat content
