I lived in Brookings from 1977, until moving to Portland in1991. I left Portland in 2016, and moved back, to take care of my mom. If I didn't live with her, I would not have a home. Too expensive.

My family is in Oklahoma, but I honestly don't think I could go back there after living on the west coast. I'm just so in love with the ocean, the redwoods and the climate.

Brookings Oregon is a beautiful place. I’m glad my sister lives there. It gave me the chance to see the city and film it with my drone.
Lovely video! I live in Harbor, the south side of the Chetco river. Brookings is so beautiful, but there is no housing.
My husband wants us to move there. Looks beautiful, the people look so 😇 kind. Love that.

My sister lives there by herself and she is 63. She has never told me of any issues. I enjoyed my time there and look forward to going back soon.
