I just shared an UPDATED holy grail products video!! Some of the products are the same, but I've found some new and better ones for my acne and scarring: ua-cam.com/video/kNVI3KUdWGo/v-deo.html
It took me years to understand the same thing regarding acne, that I needed to nourish it and not try to dry it out with the usual drugstore products. What still works for me: 100% natural clay mask (it’s powder clay and I mix it with tap water), jojoba oil for hidrating and carrot oil and rosehip oil for spots.
So real, no bs, straight to the point, and most of all, compassionate. I watched a lot of skincare content but hard to find videos that make you feel like you are just getting advice from a genuine friend. Thank you for creating this content.
Ladies, go get yourself wild chaga elixir and you'll be shocked by the results. Not only that it cleans your skin, but also it makes your hair shiny and healthy within a week! My friend's been using it since September and her skin is glowing, her hair is so shiny, and what's even more crazy it's that her eyes became even bluer. It's totally insane what wild chaga does to you. She also said that her energy is over the roof, never been so focused and motivated, hasn't been sick since she started drinking it. She convinced even me, even tho i don't have any skin issues but i have to feel those other benefits, so i ordered it few days ago. Trust me on this ladies, it will be your best investment ever. One more thing, make sure you buy the real organic wild chaga elixir, not some modified crap.
This is a lovely breakdown, but I honestly hit the “like” button before even watching. Seeing the transformation from such inflamed, suffering skin to how healthy and calm it looks now is wonderful, and being able to talk about the place you’re currently in seemed to bring you such joy! I hope that you feel proud of the hard work that you’ve done to get to this part of your skincare journey; it’s truly inspiring. Thank you for sharing
I struggled w acne for 4 decades. You tube and K Beauty have both helped a lot. But the biggest change came when I ditched processed food, red meat and chicken I eat tons of fruits and verges and while grains. I can finally go without foundation! Your skin looks BEAUTIFUL!!

Wow, your skin looks awesome. Real dewy and glowing! This video is so inspirational as I too suffer from hormonal, cystic acne and it feels like I am fighting a constant uphill battle with hyper-pigmentation and texture issues too. Great job!
Wanted to thank you for sharing your journey and your tips/products. I'm 3 months into using a lot of the products you've listed and my skin has cleared significantly. Theres still texture and room for improvement, however I've gotten to the point of not needing makeup and feeling comfortable about it. Thank you!

Another tip, as someone who has (and still going through) acne since I started my puberty: check for pcos if you have a womb. The hormone imbalance causes many things to your body, persistent acne is one of them. I’m taking medicine to balance out my hormones and my skin is really clearing up. Not completely clear cause my acne is also caused by other factors, but it’s insanely better.
As a 24 year old was dealing with acne for the first time ever and decided to go on accutane for 3 months and now dealing with scarring & hyperpigmentation! Breakouts & inflammation is gone but still want to help repair my skin for myself to feel confident to wear it natural! Excited to try your skincare regimen since it seems to target the same problem areas you dealt with. Thank you so much for sharing a great routine and attainable products!
i almost ready to rob my savings when I saw your video's notification :') but to know that you used (almost everything) from drugstore makes me so happy :') i mean everything it's easy to find and very affordable
Thank you so much!! The products you shared here have done more for me than any others I've tried. I've had (male) cystic/hormonal acne for the longest time and a lot of these have absolutely helped calm my skin down.
since I moved to the US, the drastic weather change to winter destroyed my skin, my skin got oily and acne prone, I tried a lot of things and watching Korean beauty routines, I decided to give it a try. I started doing the oil cleansing method, I began using toner, a hydrating moisturizer for acne prone skin, retinol, chemical exfoliator instead of the grainy one and sheet face masks. It was the only thing that helped my skin and even cleared my sebaceous filaments (which I've had all my life). Honestly, a life saver along with the Korean blemish patches from Walmart (they're really cheap compared to the Hero Cosmetics ones)
I’ve always had acne and everything that comes with it but it wasn’t until the pandemic that it took a turn for for the worse. For years I thought I could “fix it” without going to extreme measures. But that changed when it started to hurt my self confidence/love. I recently started isotretinoin and I’m hoping this will finally help!
I was vegan for 3 years but it didn’t cure the cystic hormonal acne I had since the 6th grade. I too went on Accutane and it transformed my skin. After Accutane I still break out around my menstrual cycle but my skin is manageable now. Thanks for sharing these products and I’m very happy for your skin healing 😊🥳
1. You give me hope 2. PSA FOR EVERYONE: DO NOT TOUCH THE SERUM DROPPER TO YOUR FACE!! It's a dropper for a reason, you're just introducing bacteria into the serum bottle!
hey babe! fellow skin care lover 🥰 when applying your serums make sure not to touch the applicator to your face! it spreads bacteria into the bottle and can tamper with the formulation.
accutane is god's gift to people suffering acne like your's. i had it and i hated life back then. so much happier now even though i will have a little permanent scarring for the rest of my life from it.
I relate to you so much!! This video was really helpful - I've just finished my round of accutane but now I'm trying to figure out how to clear-up the remaining scars and hyperpigmentation.
Your skin came out so beautiful!! such an indicator that hard work pays off. Thank you for your insight, it was interesting and delightful. I'll follow your tips
I’m struggling with hormonal acne due to my PCOS, especially this year as I’ve gained some weight. Thank you for such an informative and helpful video🥺
I related a lot with you. I'm dealing with the same problems, I started dieting in order of losing the weight I gained and I think that it has lowkey improved my PCOS besides the treatment and for my acne Retin-A has helping me a lot with it, honestly. I hope that you made the progress you wanted and feeling better.
Thanks for this, i’m now currently using mostly Isntree products and I love them! but I also just ordered the Yuja Niacin serum and the Alpha Arbutin after watching your video. Hope they work amazingly for me too!
i NEVER use acne removing products they actually made my acne worse. i only use moisturiser, cleanser, sheet masks, and toner etc so that really does help
Just wanted to say my skin has been getting aloooooot better from following what you mentioned in this video.especially the part where you incorporate cica(centella)
I've been dealing with active acnes and acne scars for years now. And since quarantine, my acne becoming worse. My acnes suddenly pop at my chin to my neck. It is so bad 😭😭 sometimes I just want to give up because it's been years I'm trying to find what's the best to cure them ☹️☹️
Rather than using a product targets acne I recommend you try using a calming soothing moisturizing product daily and use aha/bha product 1-2 times a week. This routine works well for my acne prone skin although it doesn’t give me immediate result, it definitely help with my skin barrier and make me breakout less.
BIODERMA sébium cleanser stopped my acne completely. And please strengthen your skin lipid barrier with fatty acids by using Argan oil, mixed in with a light moisturizer, ideally La Roche posay Effaclar Mat, in your palm, then apply them. The oil absorbs more deeply when it's applied together with moisturizer. B5 Panthenol (La Roche posay Cicaplast) cream at night will speed up scar healing and strengthen the barrier. Then a Alpha arbutin or vitamin C serum or Tamanu oil to brighten the scars. I now have no acne left, just one pimple on my chin when I get my period. That's hormonal and it can't be avoided. Just keep in mind you might still get a few on your jawline and chin from hormones, because we are growing until 25 so as teenagers we have very aggressive hormones. Just don't make it worse by consuming cheese. You can soothe inflammation by rubbing a green tea bag over your face and jojoba oil. Or using green tea extract products like the green tea serum from innisfree. Cleansing is the most important thing here, you have to massage your face in circular motion with it for a least 1-2 minutes paying close attention to each area. Missing even a tiny part can cause a pimple there. Avoid the eyes area just cleanse up to the cheekbone under the eye circle. When you rinse, rinse around the eyes avoiding the eyes of you don't want to end up blind.
Omg same. I'm getting tired of my family asking why my acne is getting worse. And I have to keep saying it all started because of wearing mask more than 12 hours a day. I used to not have acne prone skin, I underwent puberty and all I didn't get acne. When this pandemic started, that was when I started having acne. It's tiring having people around you ask you questions you really don't know the answer on. Like I am trying, I went to a derma and I try living healthy and being clean, Idk why the hell the acne are still here.
loved the *patpatpat* sprinkles 😂 i have years of skin progress photos too and looking back on them makes me feel sad at all of the self hatred and pimple popping I thrust upon myself. nothing healed my skin more than Liah Yoo's skincare videos bc it was the first time I recognized that cutting back my consumption of all these random active ingredients was the only way I could find healthy skin again. I've been wanting to try that some by mi toner for a while now and think I'll try it after I use up my glycolic acid
heheh I'm so happy someone caught those 🙈 and right?? ouuu I will definitely check her out - I feel like I've seen her on my YT home a few times too! hope you love the toner if you try it!! I still have half a bottle of glycolic acid in my bathroom... idk why it all of a sudden was too harsh on my skin haha x
@@inspiroue she actually just posted a sunscreen video too 🌞 glycolic acid is normally too harsh for my skin but I found one that's kinder to meee. still, I use it sparingly once a week or when I feel the need to purge/clarify areas where I break out. I would recommend using your leftover glycolic on your elbows/knees, pits, or legs! I like to apply exfoliants on the parts of my body that are rough or where I shave.
Thanks for sharing! The information you gave was very helpful. I too have always avoided sunscreen because I hated the way it felt. I’ll give the one you suggested a try 😁

Very informative video and it was a good reminder of how we should always nourish and keep our skin moisturizer despite breaking out. It’s definitely a better way to tackle breakouts long term. Not sure if it’s been mentioned/or if u are aware: but Krave Beauty is an amazing Korean skincare brand that’s also mindful of their waste and how much their production impacts the environment. They’re one of the very few companies who look out for the environment yet still making sure their products work without being “too natural”. Amazing video!

The hormone imbalance causes many things to your body, persistent acne is one of them. I’m taking medicine to balance out my hormones and my skin is really clearing up. Not completely clear cause my acne is also caused by other factors, but it’s insanely better.
What medicine are you taking?
what medicine are u taking?
@@abdulrahimomar9271 uhh not sure. It was prescribed, and I recommend if you can access to a derm and/or a gync you should go
As a 24 year old was dealing with acne for the first time ever and decided to go on accutane for 3 months and now dealing with scarring & hyperpigmentation!
Breakouts & inflammation is gone but still want to help repair my skin for myself to feel confident to wear it natural! Excited to try your skincare regimen since it seems to target the same problem areas you dealt with.
Thank you so much for sharing a great routine and attainable products!
I hope it helps!! I still use most of these products now as I deal with breakouts haha x
Thank you for sharing this video. It’s nice to here a sincere genuine video from someone on UA-cam.
can i just say something… you’re so beautiful inside and outside 🥺
i almost ready to rob my savings when I saw your video's notification :') but to know that you used (almost everything) from drugstore makes me so happy :') i mean everything it's easy to find and very affordable
Honestly, a life saver along with the Korean blemish patches from Walmart (they're really cheap compared to the Hero Cosmetics ones)
okay but hell you made it such a long way, your skin looks so clean and dewy now!! so pretty, thank you for this
your skin is REFLECTINGGGG!!!! side note: you're gorgeous
OMG finally skincare products that are affordable for someone who is living in southeast asia
“If you don’t get out of the box you’ve been raised in, you won’t understand how much bigger the world is.” Do you agree
Your skin looks incandescent! :). This video was really helpful.
hi, you've been my inspiration to not be very insecure about my acne and gave me hope that someday it will completely disappear :((((
I was vegan for 3 years but it didn’t cure the cystic hormonal acne I had since the 6th grade. I too went on Accutane and it transformed my skin. After Accutane I still break out around my menstrual cycle but my skin is manageable now. Thanks for sharing these products and I’m very happy for your skin healing 😊🥳
Loved this routine overview! I’m really liking the some by mi toner and I’m about to open the cream - glad to hear you love the cream too :)
yay so happy you do! and yes omg, it really is a miracle moisturizer haha x
thank you for putting so much detail in the discription!
1. You give me hope
2. PSA FOR EVERYONE: DO NOT TOUCH THE SERUM DROPPER TO YOUR FACE!! It's a dropper for a reason, you're just introducing bacteria into the serum bottle!
Love how you described everything in the box below so meaningful in helping people that really reads! Definitely am subscribing!
Literally screenshotted everything and added it to my cart ✨
hey babe! fellow skin care lover 🥰 when applying your serums make sure not to touch the applicator to your face! it spreads bacteria into the bottle and can tamper with the formulation.
yes!! learned from all the comments I got about it and stopped immediately after hehe x
You are truly an inspiration, I suffer from hormonal acne all over my face as well. This video helped me find a lot of confidence in myself!!
Your skin is glowing!! So beautiful
I was on birth control for 4.5 years and then gone off of it and my skin has been struggling to get back to clear, this really helps!
So tempted to buy a bunch of your recommendations! Thanks for this!
Transformation is just amazing!!! Acne prone skin doesn’t get wrinkles early…
Maybe due to the overproduction of oil?
@@blu3j00Ls yes 👍
I love your skin care routine. It’s simple and accessible
So happy you do! x
accutane is god's gift to people suffering acne like your's. i had it and i hated life back then. so much happier now even though i will have a little permanent scarring for the rest of my life from it.
I’m obsessed with your skincare routine 💙
when you look at the stuff in her pile and you’re just like… ah…. i’ve used most of that…. 🙃
Thanks for this, i’m now currently using mostly Isntree products and I love them! but I also just ordered the Yuja Niacin serum and the Alpha Arbutin after watching your video. Hope they work amazingly for me too!
You’re beautiful! Thank you for sharing your story and knowledge. Your video was helpful & educational to me and I’m 52!
u are sososososo pretty miss ma’am ❤ thank you for the lovely sharing!
Your voice is so calming. 🥰 will definitely add arbutin and centella cream on my routine thank you!
i NEVER use acne removing products they actually made my acne worse. i only use moisturiser, cleanser, sheet masks, and toner etc so that really does help
Thank you!!!!I love you for sharing this video. I am a teenager suffering with acne and hopefully his works!
Just wanted to say my skin has been getting aloooooot better from following what you mentioned in this video.especially the part where you incorporate cica(centella)
It's true guys! I'm 16 , currently on Korea and I bought some skincare products and after I tried it,I could see some of my acne been cleared up.
You are great. You’re skin looks perfect. 💕❤️thanks for sharing.
Your skin looks so glowy
you explained it so well omG
I loved the transparency in this vid! this was so helpful :))))
yay so happy it can help x
I've been dealing with active acnes and acne scars for years now. And since quarantine, my acne becoming worse. My acnes suddenly pop at my chin to my neck. It is so bad 😭😭 sometimes I just want to give up because it's been years I'm trying to find what's the best to cure them ☹️☹️
same problem here. my acne keeps on disappearing for a month, then reappears worse the next two months. It makes me really frustrated bdjdbjdndjdnd
When you rinse, rinse around the eyes avoiding the eyes of you don't want to end up blind.
i feel you!!! i miss my old face without acne. ever since quarantine it got really worse
retinol helps! I use the retinol by the ordinary (watch hyram and doctorly on youtube to get more education on how to get rid of acne and acne scars)
this was so so helpful and informative !!! u are so genuine and this video felt so cozy n casual thank u sm 🤍🤍
you don't how much i'm thankful right, i'm gonna buy the same products that ur using soon, and i'll be back for the result.
my skin hates salicylic acid and loves niacinamide! I wish I knew about niacinamide in high school...it wasn't really a thing.
right?? haha pretty sure I ruined my skin from the 'mainstream skincare trends' from high school days... that st ives exfoliator though 😂
Thank you!! my skin is so hydrated now. Working on scarring but omg I love the dew on my skin.
Eeee soo happy to hear ❤️
Girlll ur voice is so soothing 😌
Like I am trying, I went to a derma and I try living healthy and being clean, Idk why the hell the acne are still here.
omg!! we have so many of the same holy grails 😍 skin twins!! the oil cleanser and biore sunscreen are my faves of all tiiiime!!
i love the glow!! 💖
loved the *patpatpat* sprinkles 😂 i have years of skin progress photos too and looking back on them makes me feel sad at all of the self hatred and pimple popping I thrust upon myself. nothing healed my skin more than Liah Yoo's skincare videos bc it was the first time I recognized that cutting back my consumption of all these random active ingredients was the only way I could find healthy skin again.
Glad to watch your video, this really gives me hope 😭❤
I'm so glad! Can so relate - my skin's been acting up lately cause of stress and junk food :( lol x
Thanks for sharing! The information you gave was very helpful. I too have always avoided sunscreen because I hated the way it felt. I’ll give the one you suggested a try 😁
Man what on earth!! How does it feel to live my dreaaaaaaammmmmm!??!!!
Your voice is so soothing 😭😭❤️❤️ Thank you for sharing 🙏🙏
😊 thank you
Love your skin and your skincare products... don’t forget to put sunscreen on exposed body parts and reapply every two hours. You need 1/4 teaspoon for your face and neck. 💜
First of all your skin is gorgeous before and after! I recently ordered the miracle toner you showed mostly because of the good reviews and that I'm dealing with acne, I hope it will work well for me too 🤗🤗
this is the first time im watching your video and i loved you allot i went too though hormonal breaks out its less now i will take your advice on these products and thank youuuu allooot , plus your voice is so soothing i enjoyed listeing to you ! god bless you !
Yay glad you think so! And yes I LOVE Krave Beauty - I got to meet Liah and she is a total sweetheart too. I've been testing out their products over the past few months and have been meaning to include in an updated skincare routine x
I love your video! I love some by mi too, plus you’re beautiful. Thank you for the other products and tips!
