      TheVoiceOfTruth the earth came before humans,and although humans have been around for millions and millions of years it’s a small number compared to sharks or turtles,there’s much more animals that’s been around multi trillion years,that are just different from evolving over millions of years.

    Amazing!
    Some experienced anglers can record fishing videos. But Jeremy Wade goes beyond the huge catches. River Monsters episodes have an unique atmosphere.

      yeah but this is also a massive production and uses psychological tactics to make it more interesting. think of this as reality TV. other fishing videos are usually all about the fishing itself and don't use tricks to make you more invested.

      Of course. Many people likes fishing but almost everyone likes to be told emotional tales. And there are lots of visual and audio tricks to get the audiences hooked, of course.

    Greenland sharks are almost blind. They live in so deep (up to 500m) so there are not much light. They are also slow swimmers, some say that human can be faster. They might follow their pray for days. Their flesh is poisonous and oldest one found was 512 years old. It was found in 2017 autumn.

      @@hanssteyr3621 they are considered poisonous because they can't get rid of their waste. There is a very long paticular process that goes into preparing these sharks for human consumption.

    This shark has always creeped me out. Ever since I learned about it from Animal Planet Most Extreme, I think about it's creepy appearance, swimming in dark frigid water...Even though it's supposedly harmless, it disturbs me more than a great white...

    I'd swim slow in cold water too that being said Jeremy is the man when it comes to making me want to travel with a fishing pole. He is a great host! Love the Greenland shark.

    I feel like when sharks know you're looking at them they turn because they know you're smart and they know you can visually see them because if you know that you're not looking at them they always seem to attack you so you can the other animal your turn your back and Bam

    greenland sharks have been shown to twist when they bite, so far no spin like crocodiles do yet if they do

    1:53 i am not surprised at. Look up the cookie-cutter shark.The greenland shark is exactly the same looking shark but an upscaled version of it why didnt anyone point that out.

      I was going to say the same thing, but I looked it up and apparently they aren't actually that closely related (order Squaliformes is the most specific common classification they have).

      Actually depending on where you’re at on the arctic ocean reindeer live on the coasts and can be eaten or die and end up in the sea it’s wild
