I was wondering just the other day how a game like Deep Rock Galactic Survivors didn't think to add an effect similar to the Dither effect you have here.
Yeah, seems like missed opportunity i guess. It's quite easy to implement the dither effect as well using the urp renderer and a shader in Unity. Btw, I plan on having a yt short on how i achieved this effect in my game. Hopefully, should help few people.
@@TminusDoom Yes, it should work in 3D games any perspective. It probably won't work in 2D though since it requires depth info unless you're using similar approach to cult of the lamb (2D sprites on 3d map). My game is also 3d top down works fine.
