I did the NRVTA home course and learned so much that when we decided to full-time RV, I decided to go to the school for the full tech and solar courses. They were fantastic. Having done both the online and in-person versions, and now being a certified RV tech, I can say the online course is pretty comprehensive. It’s well worth the money for any RV owner.

You guys were actually a big inspiration for me doing this video after watching one of yours and chatting with you at Hershey! Hope to run into you guys again sometime 👍🏼👍🏼 It was great meeting you briefly in PA. Safe travel 😁
@ 1:38-ish, just before you stated that you came back from an R.V. show, I have to say that I am quite disappointed at the ignorance of some people. The negativity that society seems to lash out is mind boggling! So many people are so naïve & have, unfortunately, lost the ability to maintain critical thinking skills! I'm sorry that you felt the need to have to make this video to prove to the ignorant how dedicated & loyal you are to the products you use & promote. It's quite clear that you are completely unbiased when you are explaining the products as you always point out what you don't like about the product, or what you may choose next time instead of the current product & why you feel that way. On the other hand, I'll push play now (I paused the video to type this) and see what your favorite products still are ! lol I'm quite positive that you are going to inform us of that.
I appreciate the kind words. I understand that by putting myself out there on the internet you open yourself up to all kind of judgment and that’s ok, it’s just part of it. But I really want the channel to be sincere so people trust me. Thanks for your support as always 👍🏼👍🏼
@@WhyWait You are sooooo welcome! And in my opinion, if people actually watched more than one video & 'listened' to what you are telling them, I think they'd find that the only way you are coming across is sincere and honest! And yes, there will always be the negative nay-sayers. It's unfortunate. All we can do is let them express themselves as their words are rolling off of our backs.
Awesome! Thank you! Same here and I know sometimes it’s necessary for some channels, and it’s just like commercials on tv and luckily we can always just skip past them and fast forward.
Love your channel Brother! I haven’t been offered any sponsorships yet, but hope to get one🤪 I found you when my slides were screwed up a few years ago. Thanks for your hard work. Putting this content out is a LOT OF WORK! keep Rockin!
I think the problem is "most" RV content feels like an infomercial, and if you watch their first videos, their about RVing adventures. I have a UA-cam channel. It's motorcycle content. And at some point, we will be on the road in our RV and mix in some RV content. Like park reviews and things to do in the area. Along with motorcycle rallies and rides.
I hear you. We started out with our adventures and traveling but then the channel morphed into maintenance and repairs mostly to help people out as we weren’t traveling as much. Hoping to get back to more traveling soon as we have changes coming up. Appreciate the comment and thanks for watching 👍🏼
Thanks for the honesty and for the videos. I've learned several things from your videos. I also have been using the Unique products for several years and I recently ordered a Nautilus shower door and I will probably do a video of the installation.
I've learned a lot from you. Between you and a couple of other channels... you have saved my @ss! Thank you! *_Edit_* Spending time with family is important. Make those memories! Take care of yourself and be safe out there at sea!
Thanks awesome to hear! Anytime I get positive feedback from people saying our videos helped out I love it. Thanks for watching and supporting the channel 👍🏼👍🏼
I follow your channel because you put out great tips and repair videos. I also enjoy seeing where you guys are staying from time to time. My least favorite videos (this goes for all channels) are those talking about a product that was given to the channel. Yes you are selective and genuine in your support of those products but the fact they give you those products completely erases (or at least for the most part) any unbiased views. Doesn’t mean the product isn’t great at all but it does mean you are persuaded in some manner. The channels I follow for product reviews don’t accept anything for free which in turns provides a mostly, seemingly unbiased review.
Fair enough Jerry, appreciate the honesty and I totally get where you are coming from with that. And I will say that most of our product reviews have been things that we just purchased ourselves and we were not working with a company. Thanks for watching 👍🏼👍🏼
I just recently found your channel and I’m so grateful for the videos you’ve done. I’ve learned so much in such acshort time. You’ve become my go to for information about my rv. Thank you for your honestly reviews about all the different products.
That’s awesome to hear Beth! A big reason for the channel was to help people out and I love hearing that feedback! I definitely appreciate you watching, thanks 😊
Chris, I am about 2/3 of the way through the NRVTA home study courses. I agree with you, It is well worth it and I am leaning a lot about how to make the little fixes on our fifth wheel. Thank you for your great videos's as well. I have learned a lot from you as well.
Nice! Yeah I think it’s a great course and always having the information handy on the home course to turn back to when you need it is nice too. Thanks for watching, appreciate the comment and support 👍🏼👍🏼
Its all good bro.. keep up the videos whether promotional or not... your wheel bearing video helped me save lots of money.. if you get a free e bike for your hard work... thats your compensation!
Honesty is appreciated! People have to do their own research when choosing.products. you are right, some channels push products to the point that it becomes an infomercial. I became more discerning with who I watch on UA-cam after the whole Nomad internet debacle.
That’s what I always say, you have to do your own research and make decisions based on what’s best for you. Watch a few channels, decide who you believe. I can only put out there what I believe in and works best for me. In the end people have to make their own decisions. Definitely appreciate you watching and thanks for the comment 👍🏼
First of all I just want to say that it makes me a little sad to even hear that so many people make negative comments about "why" you're making certain videos. And I'm a little sad that it has made you feel like you needed to make this video. I just bought a travel trailer (I'm located in northern CA, and the trailer is coming all the way from Georgia!!). Rent here is so out of control, and as a single mother I have had to get creative on how to survive. So my son and I are moving into a trailer - I have no idea what I'm getting myself into, and to be honest, I'm actually a little terrified. I started watching a ton of youTube videos and I just want you to know that your page has, hands down, been one of the most comforting pages I have stumbled upon. I have been binge watching all of your videos. You guys are so generous with your information and I really do realize how much work what you do must be! I am beyond grateful to have this channel in my corner as I embark on this new, and scary adventure as a full time RV'er. This channel alone has really made me feel less afraid!! So thank you, thank you, thank you from CA!! I will absolutely be using your links whenever I can. You guys are the best.
You’re certainly welcome. It’s hard to know when you’re doing the right thing but we’re glad to help out. You got this. Sounds like you’ve done your research. No regrets, go for it and don’t worry. You can’t be prepared for everything little thing. Just take each day and problem one at a time. 👍🏼👍🏼
I hate commercials taking up much time i don't view a channel because I want to see what they are selling i view to see content.i have a camping channel that is small I will only recommend something i use😊😊
I just stumbled across your channel... love the videos. You had mentioned a website for parts in one, and I can't seem to be able locate that site. Looking to replace a ladder on a Class A. If I can go through your Amazon link, I most definitely will. Thanks! Keep making these videos!
Appreciate the support Todd. I was probably talking about RecPro. Here’s a link to their website www.recpro.com/?referral=DKPKNUS I believe this code is good for 5% off but I also think they are always giving 5% off. Thanks for watching 👍🏼
@@WhyWait Yes Sir, that is it! Unfortunately doesn’t look like they have what I am looking for. Will have to get measurements when I get a chance. Thanks for the help!
Personally I think the commenters having issues can pound sand. Don't sweat it. I've been contemplating this as well as I haven't had much sponsored content and I need to make a Unique video as well. I know Unique has been saturating the market with sponsored videos, but I really do love and use their products. How has North Georgia been doing after the hurricane? y'all alright?
Hey guys!! Thanks for the comment, I agree with you. I’d roll with the Unique video 👍🏼 We are all good. It luckily managed to turn out ok up here in Northeast GA surprisingly.
I also want to add that those of us who live outside the U.S., can't help you with your Amazon affiliate link. For any U.S. content creator that has an Amazon affiliated link. And it's really too bad, because as I was just starting out, and because of your channel, the honesty that you portray & the reviews with reasons behind them, I purchased over $5,000.- dollars worth of products. I tried so many different ways with Amazon to make it work where you would receive that percentage form your link, but over-all, the shipping just killed it all! U.S. Prime member or not, we still have to pay for the shipping if we live outside of the U.S. It was astronomical! And I only live in Canada! It's really too bad.
I think the criticism of most of these product reviews on any UA-cam channel is that the presenter will say “I did not receive any compensation for this” which is a flat out lie. Receiving a product for free or reduced cost is called Payment-In-Kind. It *is* compensation and even has to be reported as income on a tax return, just as the company that provides the product counts it as a business expense. I don’t mind product reviews from received products. Just don’t be dishonest and say you weren’t paid for the review. A free product is payment.
Thank you for taking the time to create videos, i really appreciate it. Screw the trolls. ***Not sure if you've ever had to repair a waste tank, but this repair i followed made my tank 5X stronger than the negligent factory gave it it to me...mine cracked where the tank goes round into the outfeed part, plus keystone thought it genius to place their tanks on the sharp edge of angle iron for support instead of resting them on the flat wide edges(idiots) addressing that is my next project. ua-cam.com/video/N2rVLU3bDMY/v-deo.htmlsi=5fJJbv8lTLtZw9vl *Hope this helps someone.
Yes sir, editing definitely takes some time. Not mention making the thumbnails here, writing up and outlining the content, the filming process…all a good bit of working.
For the most part I think most of my regular viewers get it but there’s always many out there quick to call you out for stuff they don’t even know the truth about. But that’s just part of putting yourself out there on the internet too I guess. Thanks for watching Todd 👍🏼
I've learned and enjoyed the channel. But more and more of the content is being delivered as a stupid vertical video. And I'm not watching a tall skinny chain lock on the door kinda video on a 75 inch TV. So when people can't turn the camera to create NORMAL video. Or when they watch this landscape video on a vertical phone, and then blow it up and push it around the entire time they're watching instead of just turning the phone. I think the whole world has gone nuts. AS long as our eyes are still side by side, why can't we just keep things like they've always been? That phone has a wide angle lens, so we can see this big WIDE wonderful world. So unless you have a thing about shoes and clouds . . . Okay I'm done.

I have enjoyed learning so much from you. Thanks for all your hard work.
Thanks Doug, that’s what I love to hear and a big reason for our channel. Appreciate you watching and your support 👍🏼
You keep doing you brother. I have bought a few things that you have recommended and I love all of them
Thanks Chad, I always appreciate your comments and support of the channel 👍🏼👍🏼
I hate commercials taking up much time i don't view a channel because I want to see what they are selling i view to see content.i have a camping channel that is small I will only recommend something i use😊😊
I just stumbled across your channel... love the videos. You had mentioned a website for parts in one, and I can't seem to be able locate that site. Looking to replace a ladder on a Class A. If I can go through your Amazon link, I most definitely will. Thanks! Keep making these videos!
Appreciate the support Todd. I was probably talking about RecPro. Here’s a link to their website
www.recpro.com/?referral=DKPKNUS
I believe this code is good for 5% off but I also think they are always giving 5% off.
I’d roll with the Unique video 👍🏼
We are all good. It luckily managed to turn out ok up here in Northeast GA surprisingly.
Great information
Glad it was helpful! Appreciate you watching.

*Hope this helps someone.
👍🏼 Thanks Philip. I haven’t gotten around to that tank yet. Just never enough time.
We do training and informational videos for work and it will take from 8 -16 hours of work to generate 1 hour of good content.
Yes sir, editing definitely takes some time. Not mention making the thumbnails here, writing up and outlining the content, the filming process…all a good bit of working.
It really sucks that people's first reaction is to discredit your integrity
I do one UA-cam video a week like I always have and I also put out random quick tips on UA-cam shorts(vertical)
