    That looks really delicious, thanks a lot for sharing Masuru. I will probably use another fish, because I am not a big fan of mackerel, but I guess thats okay ?

      Yellowtail, swordfish, sardines, Spanish mackerel, and cod.
      I think any kind of fish would be delicious cooked in miso.
