Good show, but i hear from a lot of dealers the placement and the pricing to sell is not fair. I mean some people fly from the other side of the world, spend a fortune to come, and then have to pay a fortune to exhibit I think it would be fairer to just charge the buyers to enter, and a small fee to the sellers. Or at least charge less for the less good spots/let the dealer chose where to be placed.
Great show as always. The only negative for me, is I hate the mineral art stuff, and fast forwarded past that. The real minerals are art, but I personally don't consider those pics of minerals art, and find them incredibly boring.
Those Art posters are for people that may have limitation of appreciating how intricate or detailed a mineral can be seen with the right lighting. You know, to showcase the deep colors each pieces are.
@@benfinds I am a mineral collector, not a collector of cheap art. I am only interested in the real thing. Other collectors I have chatted with also tell me the same thing. The so called art, is boring to many.
@@rwv7447 The feedback I have heard from mineral collectors is most don't like the art. If you look at the "likes" on the videos about mineral art, the likes are very, very, very low compared to the videos on minerals. You will always have a couple of people who have a print of dogs playing poker that they bought from Walmart, hanging on their wall. But most people have a more mature understanding of what is real art, and what is just tacky.
Love these videos but the gold is boring. The only gold specimens that I find interesting are the large hoppered cubic and octahedron gold crystals I’ve seen sparingly
