Just so you know, when you cut a rock with dendrites, they will only be fully visible if cut from the right angle. If you had cut that second rock in parallel with the bottom it probably would have had dendrites similar to what was visible on the bottom throughout. Also, that black you could see is evidence that there are dendrites from fossil bacteria within, but the angle was off. Loved the video, thanks for sharing it!

I think it's a tile saw. Diamond blades. Water sits in a tray under the blade so it continually spins through it and cools/lubricates it.
Reminds me of a table saw for cutting wood. Cept its for tile.
Way cheaper than a regular lapidary saw. See how at the end of each cut, it breaks the last little bit of stone out rather than cut it cleanly.

Wood saws have teeth that can catch. This has the equivilent of sandpaper for the cutting edge not teeth. The rocks don't jerk out of your hand and touching blade is the same as a rope burn. Usual case is that you make your fingernail an odd shape and jerk your finger when you feel alittle rope burn sting.
Once you try it, you realize it's so much safer than it looks 😂 I've hit blade plenty of time n just watch nail wear as I keep doing more rocks

(Although I used a hammer and tried to split them in half.) It was so interesting to me that it seemed as though each was an unopened Xmas present. I also thought of how I was the first human to touch the inside of each after millions of years of it being intact. I can totally relate to you in the video. 1. The anxiety you were giving using that saw to cut the rocks. HOLY MOLY! I hope it's a special rock saw that won't cut fingers.
    2. I have nonidea how I came across your channel, but have been watching videos all weekend.
    3. I never knew what was inside rocks. I now want to gather a bunch of rocks and somehow cut them open.
    4. Very impressive channel!

@AgateAriel Hello and thank you for making this video, that rock at 10: 44 that you say looks like nothing, almost looks like Amber, an ancient resin from pine trees from the Jurassic period or beyond. There have been times that archaeologists have found fossils inside of them.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful rocks with us 🥰💐❤️🌹💝
