I Bought Era 300s to Complete my Sonos Ultimate Immersive Set

In this video, I expand my Sonos setup by adding two Sonos Era 300 speakers to complete my ultimate immersive home theater experience with the Sonos Arc. However, upon connecting the Era 300s and enabling surround sound, I discovered that Trueplay disappeared. I have the Arc, dual Gen 3 subs, and Fives as rears (purchased before Era 300 were announced). Highly recommend dual subs if you have a large to extra large room size (one sub is more than enough for a small/med room). I love feeling the base compared to just hearing it with movies and music. Waiting to see if Sonos comes out with an Era 500 and/or Arc v2 down the road.

I’m considering selling my Sonos SL100’s for the 300’s. Not sure if it’s worth it. I have a ps5 and a 77 inch LG CX

You should get a second gen 3 sub and turn the distance to more then 10 feet on the 300s to make them louder

Looks like your Era 300's needs little more space on the side, for the side firing to hear properly. Please check Peter Pee videos for reference.

Please don’t underestimate the Sonos cable by the look, it’s a better quality cable compared to Samsung. I own both
