Please enlighten :
Q1. For diagonal spread, if the short call has been exercised.
Do we need to have enough cash to buy the exercised call option?
Or, the brokage firm will automatically close both the long call once the short call was exercised?
Or, can we keep the long call and buy the short call the next day?
Or, what other available choices we have if short call is exercised for diagonal spread?
Q2. For diagonal spread, if the company announced issue bonus share or split share. How will it affect the long and short call options?
