Is an excellent guitarist but Uli was much better. But I think that Scorpions wouldn't have been as famous if Uli won't have left the band. Unfortunately...

Metal gets thrown at anything it will stick to. Scorpions are far more versatile and would agree hard rock fits better. The whole track is just superbly put together.
Listen to The Rage by Judas Priest and Tokyo Nights by Krokus for some metal with a reggae feel.

Klaus and the boys have been giving it to us at full volume down all the years. Killer band, always.
There is not one bad song on the album Love drive. Still listen to it 41 years later!

I was born in '64. I'm 60 now. There is NOT a day that goes by that I don't listen to these guys. There permanently etched in my memories. They bring up emotions I haven't felt since I was young. Yeah, I LOVE these guys!.........

Vocally, I prefer this live version to the recorded one. I love the vocal flourishes in it, like the 'Yeah' and 'Woahs'! and the very Klaus-typical vibrato at the end of sentences. It adds a sort of relaxed playfulness to it and he seems to really enjoy singing the song in this clip. The vocal flourishes don't appear in the recorded version, and sadly he doesn't seem to do this in live performances now when they do this song.
Well after his vocal surgery in the 80's, He became more responsible to his voice. He didn't do any rasp and scream anymore in any Live performances, That's why he still have his voice nowadays.
But I do really miss Klaus's voice in the 70's, He did have so much power in his vocals in every live performance in the 70's + the rasp, high notes and screams he usually did in his 70's prime.

I just love the vibe of the Scorps. I listen to a wide range of music - ambient electronic music, Indie, dub techno, modern classical...but the Scorpions still have this quality that always lifts my mood and gets my older self to feel that youthful optimism.

Scorpions were the ones that got away from me. I had Tix to see them on 4 separate occasions starting in 1988 and I never got to see them Live because of health related matters (Hemophilia). I always got injured days before the show. There's a pain in me that never will get relieved, until I finally see them in concert, if I ever do. You guys should come to Rockford IL.! Scorpions should release this concert on both audio & video. In fact, come on guys, PLEASE put out some more Live material!
