Lovely reaction! I watched a reaction in which they were surprised Dr. Dillamond was a Goat. It never occurred to me that without reading the book, someone might think he's meant to be a sort of goat-man. I was pleasantly surprised to find he was being voiced by Peter Dinklage as well. I'll be in the theater Thanksgiving Day for this one, maybe even twice lol.

I’m hoping a hashtag gets started on X, and other social media that notifies those who didn’t read the book that, Fiyro, is a man-of-color, in the book. I’ve read the book twice and seen the show 8 times, so I’m familiar with the book and the many different… skin tones… of actors who’ve played, Fiyero, on stage. So as a Black Man, part me hates the casting of Jonathan. I understand why they don’t want a MOC in the lead role (don’t need to go down the rabbit hole) but I want the production to be embarrassed for those reason they didn’t cast of MOC.
For GOD so Loved the world that He Gave His One and Only Begotten Son JESUS CHRIST, so that anyone who Believes in Him will not perish but have Eternal Life (John 3:16)
I will never forget my first experience of seeing the musical and seeing all the beautiful sets and the costume designs, as well as the amazing talented cast. And I had just recently saw it again this past Christmas as I was introducing it to a family friend, so I am so hyped to see this iconic story come to the screen! And ironically the first musical I ever performed was the Wizard of Oz where I played Professor Marvel and the Wizard. 🩷💚
