However, what I was saying (or what I meant) was that the game cannot possibly be realistic and fair at the same time (as late war German tanks were far superior to most of the tanks the Allies were fielding at the time). You can only have one or the other or this unavoidable hideous mixture of both which does unfortunately result in 1960s tanks facing Tiger ll’s and Panthers.

I love the coincidence of this tank’s name. It’s named for a town in NW Wales, but the name literally means Castle Narvon (not sure what Narvon means, but Caer is the welsh word for castle or fort. So this tank is literally unintentionally called a castle.
It was my 3rd game with the caernarvon i was on Alaska and I wasn’t paying attention to my direct front and a shell bounced off me. I turned to face it and it was a jadgetiger I almost panicked but decided to keep pushing forward and I bounced another shell this time from another jadgetiger. So I’m face to face with 2 jadgetiger a and I only have shot mk 1 so I shot both their barrels and kill both of them without taking any damage I ended winning that game with 7 kills and no deaths
@Palestinian Stone Thrower centurion is strong if it sees you first, but if u spot it first it very easy to one shot and shooting with the kwk43 it's an ammo rack more often than any other tank.

kutkuknight A Tiger II (H) can pen the Caernarvon in more places than the other way around, and with stock ammo. A Tiger II (H) is more likely to get a OHKO if it does pen. Both are heavies at 6.7. The Caernarvon costs more than double to repair. The Caernarvon can get killed frontally by a Kugelblitz (also at 6.7), the Tiger II (H) can't even get killed frontally by the Falcon which is at 7.7.
Then there is the non existent Russian bias at T4. At T4 you are stuck with a slow, weak, long reloading IS2. Sure the front hull might bounce a few shots, but the mantle won't, or any other part of the tank. If you are lucky enough not to die immediately you will spend half the match reloading. Even when you get the upgraded ammo for the IS2 (the K variant) it still sucks at penning Tiger 2s and Panthers.
You definitely don't play the Caernarvon to make money or pad your win rate (At least as of 1.97), you play it to collect wehraboo tears in 10mph drive-bys using your hypersonic biscuit launcher. Also shooting through king tiger's front plates at long range lmao
