- A tutorial on how to make your own gel using flaxseeds! JUST FLAXSEEDS! It’s so easy and you can purchase them from any supermarket!
It’s been a while since I made the gel, so I ended up making quite a small amount by mistake but thank God it was enough to use for my entire head!
Here are some benefits of flaxseeds:
Rich in omega 3 fatty acids which are vital for hair growth because it provides essential proteins and nutrients to the hair follicles.
Rich in vitamin E which promotes strong, healthy and vibrant hair.
They nourish the follicles and hair shafts, making them stronger and less prone to damage.
Defines and moisturises curly and kinky hair without making it too stiff or crunchy.
DISCLAIMER: Don’t keep the gel for longer than a week as it usually starts to smell a bit, especially if it’s been kept somewhere warm!

No it doesn't if your hair is properly moisturised! x
It can if I over apply the gel but I try to go in with some oil to break the gel cast after!✨
