im about to sell mine now after owning it for 10 years .. never let me down .. my 1.6 turbo (179hp) ran 210tkm and no real major problems! and i didnt even knew that i was so safe all the time ;)
@@nikolamma not really. there was one bigger thing with the transmission .. but opel did handle it quite fair and they payed 90% .. since it was an known issue . but other than that i had to change the waterpump and thats about it! some smaller problems like the cables of the ABS sensor form the rear tires did break! but fixing that was just a few euros! so over all i would say that the insignia is a well made car! and the design! at least mine with the 20" wheels .. white paint and the opc line (not the full kit) its timeless beautiful! fairly good car imho! and i even thought about keeping mine for ever! ;)
@@n00g75 lucky for you,i have Insignia 2.0CDTI 4x4 2015 and i had problem with differential and AC comressor,and Opel was shit they wanted from me 1100€ for Ac Comp. And i did it for 500€ ! Of course i am 3 owner of car but with 90 000 KM its awful
Best non luxury sedán in my opinion. I think they made it stronger because it has to pass the iihs crash test in america because they sold it also as buick regal. In the iihs crash tests, in the side impact test is done with 2 tons object, in euroncap it weights only 1t so it performs better.
did you meant volvo is better than all, you are not good at cars, you don't know wich car is better than other, if is from germany you think like : that car is the best. i tell you somethink, it is not the best, but who invented the seat belt? opel? audi? mercedes? bmw? volkswagen? the seat belt was invented by volvo, volvo cars are the safest in the world.
