It is short, especially if your hair grows quite fast. If you've had long hair all your life, this is a pretty big change! Either way, shoulder length is not very long, even for someone who's never had long hair... I would understand your comment if her hair was in the middle of her back, but here...no, it is short.

I also donated my ponytail to Little Princess Trust over a year ago now, yeah there was some tears, but its growing back now, considering it was really long & I got it cut really short. You're truly inspiring!

Your hair's actually pretty long, I mean- it's like medium length at-least lol. I'm gonna donate my hair one day.. it could even be next year! I just need to grow out all my uneven layers, trim it, and so forth until it's even and then I can donate! :D

just done my cut. 12 inches ish. now im bald. least i don't have to worry about knotted hair it was a nightmare!! dont know how ladies put up with it. xo.

If you would have read the other comments you would have saw that I explained that I had to put it in braids to donate it, they won't take it unless you cut them off in braids
