    When I take my little kids to the amusement park, I place an airtag on each of them. 👦🏻 I also have waterproof #airtag holders so i can tie them to their swim trunks at water parks. 💦

    If you ever hire movers to do an out of state move, they will almost always take much longer than they originally told you and oftentimes the dispatchers won’t know exactly where the truck is or its ETA (especially when they are doing multiple moves on one truck). Throw an AirTag in with your stuff and you’ll know how close it is to arriving, not to mention exactly where it is.

      What you say is true, but on the other hand, whether or not it helps is another question. Our daughter gave us an Air Tag prior to the cruise we are on now. We sent one bag ahead with a forwarding service, and put the Air Tag in our checked airline bag. We had to change flights in Chicago, but were assured that our luggage would follow us. When we got to Miami, the airline told us our bag would be following us on a subsequent flight.
      So next day we’re on the cruise ship as we sail away (our forwarded bag had appeared in our stateroom like magic), looking at our bag in the MIA terminal, thanks to the Air Tag. But all the Air Tag enabled us to do is see where it was….

    I have an idea of Airtag use in light of the current Hamas-Israel war. Any resident in Israel, Gaza, or West Bank needs an Airtag sewn in clothing or hidden in shoes when they go out, just in case he or she might become a victim of hostage in that war-torn region. And family can track their location. If kidnapped, the family can notify the authorities of the whereabouts and initiate rescue operations.
    Similarly, families of pilgrims can track the location of their loved ones on the Camino de Santiago Pilgrimage Trail by using Airtags on them.

      might not be as effective as envisioned since airtag accuracy and effectiveness is directly affected by the number of apple devices in the vicinity

    I have a motorbike rental company in Patagonia. Do you think I can use them to track my bikes with an AirTag?

    • @foXnoMad
      @foXnoMad  9 місяців тому +2

      Yes - although the more rural the area, the less effective AirTags will be (since there are less Apple devices around for the AirTag to ping to). Hope this helps!

    The colour of the tag makes it more difficult to conceal. It’s white. The inside of wallets and bike seats and car swats etc, is black.

    Another drawback is any apple device that isn’t yours must have a Bluetooth enabled in order to pinpoint the location of any air.

    The irony is the design of "AirTag" was stolen from Davison Design in Pittsburgh, I am the inventor and have proof Apple used tortious interference to breach the NDA I had with Davison to get my design. The man (Paul G Puskarich) credited with "AirTag" is the neighbor of the owner of Davison Design (George M Davison) and grew up 7 miles from Davsion Design and Development, where I submitted the design in 2004.

    Just think-if Cassius Clay had one of these on his bicycle, there’d be no Muhammad Ali and there’d have been an undeterminable number of consequential chain of events. It’s so insane to think of how one small thing can alter a single event that can cause global changes. Off topic, I was working out today when I had this thought. When I was growing up, we had encyclopedias and that’s what I read in the bathroom, and elsewhere (largely the bathroom), and as a child/teen, I knew so much more common knowledge than most kids today who tote all of the information in the world in their pockets all of the time. The difference is that I read the information that I had. If it wasn’t relevant to science, geography, history, grammar, etc., it wouldn’t have been in the books. Today, kids HAVE the information, but it’s in a “book” that also has games, videos, television, music, etc. so the good knowledge isn’t consumed effectively. Would the world be better off without these omniscient devices? Maybe we should just have classes on how to them because while popping jewels or killing pigs with slingshot birds may be fun, let’s face it, our kids are stupid!

    • @_icscata_
      @_icscata_ 7 місяців тому

      Make the kids have a thirst for knowledge and point them to the truth and not to the piggy games and shooting style. The world needs more brainwashed people and it’s quite easy to be brainwashed with all those interesting games and so on….
