Lived across the hall from this guy in a share house in Hanoi for a few months. Incredibly social and outgoing - always up to something fun and adventurous with his Hanoi crew. Most importantly though, he was just a genuinely warm and friendly dude. Keep up the great videos man!

Not 2 bottle, is more than that.
He bought 4 of the larger bottles which are about double the usual bottle size. A little bit of an i flated price but not terrible, depending on the area.
Thats regular price in the USA. I'd pay that in a minute in Indonesia, all things considered.@@samprosser

13:00 Beer is legal in Indonesia, but Banten province is a very conservative muslim area. That's why they had to hide the beers. Bintang Beer is about 40,000 rupiah a bottle by the way.

Be careful with pricing. They jacked it up 5x higher. The minibus ticket normally is 5k IDR, not 25k. The Bintang beer normally is 40k IDR for one biggest bottle. So it’s supposed to be only 80k for 2 bottles, not 300k.
