I still cannot fathom how much that happened within the first 10 minutes of the movie! Murdock's appearance undoubtedly caught me so off-guard being so early on in the movie!
Yeah i knew he was going to be in the movie at some point due to leaks, but I was surprised it was so early
Sony! Spider-man and Daredevil teamup movie for Spider-man 4. *MAKE IT HAPPEN!*

In most movies like this, that 10 minutes would be the entire first act, 40 minutes or so
It wasn't even 10 minutes into the movie and we already had a big surprise, hopefully later on down the line, the "I'm a really good lawyer" will be a iconic line
Daredevil cameo is insane.
Shame the cinema he went to weren't as appreciative of his cameo. Silence when he showed up, he snuck in and his wife was filming the reaction and it was just crickets.

I feel like we don't talk enough about how pitch-perfect this movie's pacing is. SO MUCH happens in the first 10 minutes, but without happening so fast that it loses emotional impact. Just incredibly made.
Wow no reply
Agreed!
i think the dialogue at the very start of the movie is overly chaotic with way too much noise (i get that its to set the tone) but i still think its a bit too much, and also the sublime comedy is a bit forced. other than that, yeah, great one.

I just realized that Murdock saying “I’m a really good lawyer” after catching the brick is basically him saying that Happy is going to need him to be his lawyer because he told Happy “you’re going to need a really good lawyer” not long before.
8:10 the moment everyone waiting for
This movie had nearly every actor that’s ever been a live action Spider-Man Villain, Co-Led by Doctor Strange, the only other character that was created by the same two people who created Spidey, featured cameo’s from Daredevil and Venom, two characters deeply connected to the Spiderman lore, all 3 live action Spider-man (with their own respected theme songs I might add), gave closure to both previous iterations whose franchises were cut off too soon, and Gave Tom Holland the most unique version of the “Origin Story”, and allowed him to finally make the ultimate sacrifice in a poetic way. This was definitely the ENDGAME of Spider-man movies. 🕸🕷❤️💙
Exactly, this is the true ending to the Spider Man movie saga that began in 2002, and i'm excited for the future of Spider Man live action in movies and hopefully tv shows.

This is my favorite opening to a Spider-Man movie. I love that there is nowhere for Peter Parker to hide in New York making the scene feel claustrophobic and having the song ‘I Zimbra’ by the Talking Heads makes it all the better.

@@ISAGAARBO98 yep

I'm still a fan of Raimi's opening. I like when people narrates!
The film starting the moment FFH ended was a fabulous start
I highly agree
I love how the opening few seconds are done. The teaser trailer had revealed that the film would begin immediately after the mid-credit scene of Far From Home. I was curious on how they would start the film. I figured they would either have to begin the film by reshowing the whole mid credit scene or have begin immediately after Peter says, “What the f*ck”. What they did was a combination of those 2. They basically had the audio of Mysterio’s video play over the Sony logo, the Columbia Pictures logo, and the Marvel Studios logo. Once those logos were done, the audio is now caught up to the moment where Peter says, “What the f*ck”. The first image of the film shows Peter saying that and then we see what happened immediately after that. That was a brilliant way to begin the film
I'm a little insulted by JJ's statement about Mysterio being "the greatest hero of all time". Really? Already forgot about Tony Stark's ultimate sacrifice?
I was lowkey more excited about Matt Murdock than the other Spider-men. He’s such a well developed and grounded character it’s crazy to see him in a huge movie like this
Oh my the super quick "I'm Sorry" at 3:10 is so within character. I didn't even catch that at first I can't wait for the tons of rewatches of this film. Def one of my favorites.
Since Charlie Cox and Vincent D'Onorfio's returned to the heart of the MCU, they pretty much elevate the game even more now. Their acting chops in the Daredevil show is an Oscar worthy performances. So happy they are back
Even looking back now just on this first 10 minutes alone, it's a completely different vibe. Like I'd never think Andrew and Tobey would show up if we didn't speculate already! You'd think it be a classic all in one rematch between Spidey and Mysterio but the movie keeps you on your feet and gave us the best returns in history
I tried to ignore the rumors of Tobey and Andrew showing up because I didn’t think it was true, but I was surprised when I actually saw them in the movie
