I studied the entire book and ultimately decided that I couldn’t accept the Governing Body over Jesus. I never heard from those brothers again. Ever!

After 65 years born in we were told to show compassion towards ones who had sinned and the elders had taken a softer stance and not disfellowship them. When some would voice the unfairness when others had been treated very harshly and lost everyone and had confessed for a lesser sin. This is when we were told we must show compassion towards the ones in these circumstances to trust the elders because they only knew all the circumstances. it was if you had the right connections within the congregation you were protected.
When they are saying they love you a lot of the time when they are saying they love yoy they are shaking their head no. Psychologists say if you are saying yes but shaking your head no at the same time they are lieing

This reminds me of the meeting I had with two elders when I was leaving Jehovah’s Witnesses in about 1981 when I told them I was leaving because of my doubts. I think the Gov Body messages of love are genuine, but highly conditional - hence, misplaced. . . . just like the follower's. The members (including the GB) honestly believe they have the "truth." They love you ONLY if you believe ONE HUNDRED PERCENT what they do, and question nothing (which is unbiblical). So, yes - their love is genuine from a personal standpoint . . . I honestly can't tell if they are being sincere or not. It's easy to let our biases color our assessment of things like this. As it says in 1 Corinthians 13, love rejoices in the truth. In my experience, loving people are more interested in pursuing the truth than maintaining a particular doctrinal stance.
They believe they are showing love by dfing or shunning, but that is not natural, what they are showing is an extreme form of tough love. (Which looks and feels like hate). I can understand tough love, but you are loving when you show it, and can still feel that it is love. Not abandonment.

Ok this is a little off topic, I asked my regular pioneer mother if she knew the watchtower organization teaches Jesus is mediator only to the anointed, not all men as the Bible says. She said I’ve been a witness almost 50 years and That’s absolutely not true! I told her it’s definitely true and to look it up on JW.org. I’ve since asked her on several different occasions if she looked into this and she STILL hasn’t she doesn’t seen concerned at all! Why do we even pray in Jesus name then if he’s only mediator for 144,000???? I would have researched this immediately if I were her.

What about Jesus? He couldn't even mention Christ in that sentence. Jesus is the one who died for us. He is the one who gave his own life for all of us including little children. Yet the GB place themselves directly under Jehovah, stepping over Jesus, even placing the Organization, as if it were it's own entity, before Christ. They make it all about needing or earning Jehovah's love, the Organization's love...but don't emphasize the ultimate love. The love that truely matters and that is the love of Jesus. Other religions focus on the love of Christ and remind their followers that Jesus loves them. But the GB make a point to tell their followers how much THEY love them. It's sick. Jesus is always last to them. An after thought! Yet according to Lösche and his Macarena dance illustration about how they operate, Jehovah provides direction through Jesus and in turn Jesus provides direction through the faithful slave. But they continually take all the credit. It's just them and Jehovah!! They are the antichrist. Many definitions of the antichrist on google/wikipedia state:

I think actions speak louder than words!!!...If they loved children as much as they say they do they would stop asking for thier ice cream money and change thier policies to protect them. I can't judge thier hearts however thier declarations of love seem mechanical and scripted. I have seen those videos before and they are ugly and unkind! The one with the bread and motor oil was ugly too. The one where he smashes the useless vase is ugly too! I could never imagine Jesus Christ acting in such a manner! They spout off advice but don't apply it to themselves! They don't strike me as being that sincere but utter words they feel they have to say! Like it's just a job not from the heart. As it says in 1 Corinthians 13, love rejoices in the truth. In my experience, loving people are more interested in pursuing the truth than maintaining a particular doctrinal stance.

They believe they are showing love by dfing or shunning, but that is not natural, what they are showing is an extreme form of tough love. (Which looks and feels like hate). I can understand tough love, but you are loving when you show it, and can still feel that it is love. Not abandonment.

its good that you had so many friends ,when you were in the org ,but me i didnt have many ,for one thing me and many jws young and old would lock horns because i believe in reading the the bible in context,so from the very start i was shunn by most jws in the org unless money was involve,and i dont think any one in the org can be a true friend to any one because most believe in the df and the shunning rule ,which i never believe in because it was not base on CHRIST teachings ,proverbs 17:17 and matt 22:37-39.i would like to know this how can a person be a true friend when on the word of gb and the elders are willing to stop talking to there parents or child on the words of men ,and is far as believing the gb are truthful in there message ,df and shunning give me the answer,jer 17:5 and psalms 146:3-4 and also 2 cor 3:17
Ok this is a little off topic, I asked my regular pioneer mother if she knew the watchtower organization teaches Jesus is mediator only to the anointed, not all men as the Bible says. She said I’ve been a witness almost 50 years and That’s absolutely not true! I told her it’s definitely true and to look it up on JW.org. I’ve since asked her on several different occasions if she looked into this and she STILL hasn’t she doesn’t seen concerned at all! Why do we even pray in Jesus name then if he’s only mediator for 144,000???? I would have researched this immediately if I were her.
