@@ThanksForVisiting I love y’all!! So much information. I wish yall had a class. I’m fixing up the property now but I want to do midterm rental but I will except STR. I watched the video on triple sheet bedding but my question is does it take a long time to dry the duvet?

You also want to make sure your dryer is awesome too!
Im actually blown away. Most of the AirBnBs I have stayed in really provide nothing. Or not nearly enough for our usual week long stay - 1 roll of TP, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 towel per person, 1 face cloth per person. Geesh. Ok. Some were much better than that!
We hear you! Providing those extra essentials can make a huge difference in the guest experience! It’s all about making guests feel at home and comfortable. We're glad you noticed, and we hope more hosts step up their game! 🧻🧼🛁
Huge fans of keeping a sound machine in the bedrooms so our guests can get a restful sleep! I'll link the one we usually use here but any sound machine should do! www.amazon.com/shop/thanksforvisiting_/list/18TI8Y1OBCZG2?ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_aipsflist_aipsfthanksforvisiting__MQX22JS414VQA8M1NAY6
Instead of a sound machine, it's infinitely better to have a house design that is quiet. I've never seen one in my life nor have I ever seen the plans for one. Until I designed it myself, it took me several years to understand how to accomplish this on different lots. I won't say how to do this but I will say this if you think long and hard you will figure it out in time and then you will have a house much more useful than any other house in this world... and you can save the world with houses like this.
Because these houses improve sleep, health, everything and there's not enough resources in this world to have inefficient houses, thus our houses are literally needlessly killing us. Very sad to see in fact 😢

I know it's more then $20, but what about having an airfryer?
Great suggestion!
If the bottom line actually suffers from providing basic guest's needs, it is not the business for you. It is simple formula. 😊
Absolutely.
