Now, he does everything that I ask him to without the spit and venom and me shouting, “If you get it, we get it too!!!” So here’s to all the wives who are married to men who listen to complete strangers, before they listen to their wives! Dr. Jeff, thank you for all the helpful tips you have shown in this video. I sent this video to my son. Today I got a text from him saying he applied all your tips when unloading groceries and following your instructions. He also told me the employees at the grocery store were sanitizing all the carts. The store had markers 6 feet apart at the check out . He said everyone at the store was respectful with the social distancing. I'm 65 so I have not been out for weeks. We live in Minnesota and I have to say the great majority of us are being very careful and some don't care. That makes it hard for the ones who do. Notes for reference:
    -When going to the supermarket:
    1.Wipe down cart
2.Commit to the goods you want to buy.
    3. Don’t go out if you have respiratory illness.
    4. Plan ahead - get a list and spend minimum time in supermarkets.
-Consider as trying to get glitters off all your groceries.
-Try to leave your groceries outside, if you have to bring them in, do this:
1.Clean your table throughly using standard disinfectant.
2.Divide up two zones, one clean, the other considered to put the “dirty” groceries.
3.Wipe things that human hand may have touched using désinfectant- medicine bottle, wrapper of vegetables and chips, plastic things you can spray as well, ice cream container.
    4. If you are sending groceries to others, after using cloth bags, make sure they go outside.
    5. Fruits: dump them into soapy water and wash each of them more than 20 secs. Rinse the fruits thoroughly.
    - Takeouts
    1. Wash you hands! Always wash your hands.
    2. Prépare clean dishes.
    3. Remove wrapper, dump the food into the clean dishes.
    4. Use heat to kill coronavirus, do not use cold temperature. So do microwave! Choose hot food rather than cold food.
Let’s all stay safe and healthy.

Alcohol, Clorox, Lysol......all deadly but necessary. We need to take things and diffuse our air so we ourselves are virus proof and most of all trust GOD. If you're that worried, set aside your groceries for a few days and only eat items you can cook until then. This guy literally opened a supposedly germ riddled bag of bread into a bowl and called it good. Any germs would still get on the bread. And why the HECK would you buy take out if you are worried enough to use Lysol on it? I don't eat take out because I know it's a germy situation year round. Most important, no health expert has ever dispensed this advice for your groceries. This doctor is a irresponsible and advising worried people to misuse a chemical.

Keep in mind that 'cardboard' means the type used in corrugated shipping boxes, NOT retail packaging. Retail packaging 'cardboard' (cereal boxes, etc) is smooth, printed on, and often coated with a thin plastic film to protect the printing. Treat any retail food packaging as if it's plastic when considering how long CV19 can survive on the surface.

Obviously the problem is it’s incredibly drying, so you can, for instance buy a container of baby wipes, open it up, pour some of the Everclear in and use that. Or just make yourself a bucket of hot soapy water and remember to wash for at least 20 seconds and it will be disinfected.
