I write in my daily planner by having it on my desk on top of my laptop or by my mobile. I check it in the morning and at night. If i am lazy ill write a one word, even its not really anything, like "chill", "bike", "crap" whatever. but mostly ill note project ideas or stuff i need to repair and tape flyers or receipts in the planner. For the past couple of years i have been using the Rhodia webplanner. Awesome vlog. Keep floating on the positive vibes and stay healthy!
Adding canned or frozen veggies in my meal is very helpful in meal prep as a college student! My fave ulam to cook is vegetable okoy, it's a good meal na complete na agad ang fiber, carbs, at proteun na kailangan ko.

Oh and I got too excited and posted my comment too soon LOL I’m proud to have gone on a bike ride again! I was very much an adult when I learned to ride a bike and sometimes find preparing for a ride too tedious. I still can’t ride outside our subdivision tho 😂
