    The thing with celebrity diets is that it only works on celebrities. They do everything drastically because they need to maintain a certain image or certain role (for a movie or tv show). People should understand that the first thing to consider when doing a diet, is to consider your own lifestyle not celebrity lifestyle. For example if you're doing hard labor for a job, then you need a lot of energy. You can't do bone broth diet if you need a lot of energy. Celebrities aren't that glamorous, people should stop idolizing them. Being celebrity is a job just like being a clerk is a job. I have tried many diets and I literally just go back on forth on weight gain and weight loss, because none of it is sustainable. I have lost weight these days, and I hate having to justify my diet whenever people ask me how I did it. First, I stopped calling it a "diet" because of its negative connotation. I am not restricting. My secret is this, I am happy with what I eat. So to remain happy, I refuse to eat junk food, because I always feel guilty afterwards. But rice makes me happy so I eat rice. Come on we're pinoys. I don't over-eat because the feeling afterwards is awful. I like Jo's new philosophy on diet culture. I used to watch her when she only ate tvp and tofu. But I'm glad she eats like a filipino now.

      So true!! A big thing to remember is that the job of a celebrity is often to maintain their looks or look a specific way. They have teams and access to so many things we usually don't! And yes, so very important to come to a healthy relationship with food and yourself. But we have to be aware of the things going on around us so we don't feel pressured to follow! Hehe. I love that, been watching since TVP and tofu 😂😂😂 thank you so much!!!

    How about for short people po like me, 4’11 H and 58kg W. My maintenance calories per day is 1500 and online calculator po suggested na 1200 calories per day po. 😞

    Can you do Intermittent Diet content? Preferably I doesn't eat after 6pm, the next meal I get is the next day around 7-8 am. I dunno if I am doing something wrong...

      I'll do a full video on it! But generally your meal pattern doesn't seem alarming naman. As long as you don't feel restricted!
