If you know your portions, then you would have to adjust the serving based on your portions.
Hi Jo! I have hypothyroidism and I want to lose overall body fat/weight. It's really hard to lose weight because my metabolism is slow. I quickly gain weight and it can be frustrating at times. What general diet tips would you recommend?
Hi! If you're taking meds, then a balanced diet with a focus on whole foods is the general recommendation along with creating a more consistent meal pattern (though best to consult your dietitian for a more individualized guide).

Hi Ms. JO, thank you for sharing your meal prep. But I wanna ask, I notice you don't measure your food po, can you still lose weight by doing portion control? Nasa gitna po kasi ako, na feeling ko dapat tinitimbang, pero every time I do it, nakakapagod po. Sinasabihan nga ako sa bhay ang dami kong seremoñias hahaha. Kaya din siguro hindi ako pumapayat. Technically you can, if you are knowledgable of your portions and needs already. Weighing is usually for accuracy. I am not actively checking my weight or weighing my food anymore as it has negatively impacted my mental health. So i focus on satiety!
