Break the fork caps loose on the bike, loosen the top triple clamp first but leave the bottom triple clamp tight. Just crack the cap loose. Sometimes especially on factory forks that have never been torn down the caps are ridiculously tight and will try to spin in your vice.

Great video, thank you for sharing!! Just some feedback, I wish the camera angles were closer and covering exactly what you are doing and was slower paced too. Clearly you’re a professional, but for us watching for the first time, it’s overwhelmingly fast and unclear. Thank you again for sharing and uploading, I hope the feedback helps for
    future content :)

Plenty of info on the internet, thumpertalk etc. Revalving is about customizing - not about doing 1 thing. We cant "show" a set up that universally works for everyone. But eventually I will do a video on different fork brands and insides.

Hey man, quality video! Any way you could answer a question for me. I got a 21 kx250 with kybs, last bike had SFF's, Do you happen to know the sizes of specials tools ill need for the fork cap. I believe the driver will be 48mm but not positive on the rest

@@HPRaceDevelopment interesting take. I like to film with my cell phone and make detailed shorts that get combined with free editing software. You're obviously trying to help people, I think the best way is a very detailed approach where nothing is left to wonder. Thanks for the videos
