I'm taking healing factor, ı don't care if ı have to train more than average required amount because of it, as long my body will have that strength to keep going after that excessive amount of training that would put me in a pain so excessive that would make me unable to move. And there is also the problem of having Senzu Beans after each training, and ı don't even know how to find Senzu beans or aquire them, unless someone hands me over a pouch of it or so, but even then, ı would still go for healing factor since all that Senzu Bean would be consumed eventually.
Healing factor. I am not here to get strong i would be doing and doing it well. For example i would want to rock climb i would rather push myself to feel it and be on top of the to heal. I want to be able to marathon then just jumpcut into not feeling it. I like the long term effect than instant gratification.
Senzu heals the body instantly, so it wouldn't help you much. What makes you stronger is the PROCESS of recovery, when your tissues heal themselves over time. With senzu, you only could train more often, but you'd still need the same or even more hours of training. Wolverine-like healing factor would benefit you both ways, from training and from healing. The fact you can heal so fast would also benefit your training rather than, like you say, make you train longer. You could just train 100x harder than a normal person to be able to "damage" your body and this could make your results 100x better. I think wolverine could easily become the strongest man ever in few weeks time if he wanted to, but with his abilities it's actually much more beneficial to be lean and fast.
Senzu beans for sure. The problem with the healing factor is that you need to constantly damage your body to avoid overhealing. Wolverine has the metal in his body and deadpool has cancer to have the healing factor work on something 24/7. If I recall, there was an issue where someone copy deadpool healing but was perfectly healthy. The result was that the healing factor cause extra body parts to grow under and eventually pop out of his body. Like another arm growing and exploding out of his current arm.
I have to say healing factor due to it not being an outside resource. This could be the southern USA high school athlete speaking, but the use of any outside stimulate just seems wrong to me, and kinda cheating.
i mean wolverine regenerated from a nuclear explosion blast in under a minute so unless you plan to train by throwing nukes at you I don't think you'll need any patience, plus in dragon ball manga it's stated that you can only eat about one or two (i don't precisely remember) before you stomache goes boom so i think wolverine regeneration will be far better
Healing Factor it's not a resource I have to keep track of and manage and the difficulty I have to push to would depend on the strength of the healing factor Wolverine is the pinnacle of what it can do while there are characters extreme healing factors of the top of my head and I could be wrong here but Death Stroke as an example can take seconds to a day depending on the severity of the injury and can't rapidly regenerate at all
I would take the healing factor with one caveat That I would have all my injuries healed after going to sleep. With one of the subfactors being that I would fall asleep after taking damage at exactly 11pm where ever I was in the world and would sleep until 9am in that same time zone. This ability would not trigger unless bodily damage has reached a unnatural threshold of damage. Such as a heavy workout, being shot, etc.. This would in affect leave me nearly immortal as well. With the ability to pass on if I destroyed myself on a cellular level fast enough.

"the wrong way to use healing magic" is a best answer for this question =D

Healing factor definitely
Give me the healing factor I can’t keep resupplying every time I decide it’s time to train

The problem with the beans tho is that you can only eat like what 3 a month or your body shuts down I think?
