I watch Game Night to find new games to buy. I have 62 in my collection right now. I bought this one some time ago and taught it to the young children I work with. They love it! Thanks Game Night Team. I love how you explain the game, then play it while discussing moves. This is the best way to learn how to play a game.
Might I suggest, for future games that have an expanding, unpredictable spatial layout, an additional thin mat to go beneath everything that could be slid around when camerawork or space become problematic? Love this group!
Two comments: It's fun when Dave is freed from the teaching role. He's a hoot. And I wonder how many time someone said, "These are terrible." Another game I decided to buy after watching your video.
This is a great little game that plays well with all player counts - so pleased to see it on Game Night! Helvetiq are producing some fantastic, affordable small-box games - I've enjoyed Kartel and Kariba too - both by Reiner Knizia, funnily enough...
I even play this game with my father, but sometimes we think this game needs some jokers or extra stop cards, cause if you have nothing else than too many branched cards in the beginning, it is difficult to close the tunnels. of course, if you are luck and get good cards, it is not necessary. it's just for the case newbies who play it only once to show them only once what the final objective is of the game, or a beginners version. most of these people play games that always have an end, and everyone has a chance. Of course we also play it with people who often play this game, and than we can always improve our skills, that's different. :)
Could be great playing in Two Opposing teams with 2 separate Bandido Cards but with One single Draw Pile and one turn per team, the first one to capture bandido wins.
I monitor the recorded audio for problems. It sucks to wear them but it helps catch problems during recording and helps prevent the audio from spoiling a show. Thanks for the note and for watching.
51:00 What?? According to the rules.. the only thing you can't do is showing your cards to other players. To tell them don't play somewhere because you want to play a card there is totally fine to do (like in The Game).
I could see a house rule of taking four aces and any other card and deal them randomly for a four player game. If you don't have an ace, then you are "on the take" and play your cards to help with the escape. Since there are five cards, there is a chance that no one is a traitor, even though the other players think one exists. I suggest this for a four player game since using it for a one player game sounds stupid (even though Weird Al dared you to) and it might make a two or three player impossible.
Probably not. You really need to have another player picking the terrible cards they have and placing it where the can. It might not be too fulfilling if you just flipped cards for a “second” player. Though it might be enjoyable from a puzzle aspect. -Lincoln
I think there’s too many cards that terminate the tunnel (there’s 20). I beat the game the first three times I played it using only 10-15 cards each game.
The problem with this game: 1. Too many pattern that no one can no is it possible to be close. 2. Guessing and hoping someone else can fix something is quite bad for a game
I love how Aaron is wearing his Bandido shirt, love the spirit! ha ha

That's awesome! Thanks for watching and playing! -Lincoln

Thanks so much for the suggestion.
What an awesome episode! Love this fun, little game. Thanks for all that you guys do, you've enriched my life greatly.
Nikki didn't speak up when the others said that they haven't been in jail, and then Lincoln side-eyed her. Oh Nikki, what have you done? ;)
LOL! Nikki was always a good kid.
Have a board game group of kids at school. Limited on time sometimes so this looked great. First game I've bought as I was watching the play.
Aaron wearing the striped bandit shirt cannot be a coincidence!
It looked like you guys had so much fun, I had to buy the game. It will be here Saturday!

Similar to old school Waterworks, tile laying path creation
This game needs a 'Bad Card Support Group' ☺ Fantasticly fun episode :)
Helvetiq games certainly don't get enough love!
That Captain and Tennille bit though lol What a fun little game, a good alternative to Saboteur. Thanks as always guys.

That was fun! Thank you. Now to order the game.

Nice video! I'm definitely buying this game.
My all time, since I was a kid, favourite solo play game, is the Rubik’s Cube.

Have you thought of playing the game Tantrix on your UA-cam site. It’s an amazing game
Lincoln what`s up with the earphones? Sound masking? :)

Ah I see, okay...I just wondered. Keep up the good work :)
I looooove this tunnel... *wink-wink nudge-nudge* ;D
So... fully co-op Saboteur?

1:35 Ohhh, man, Lincoln. That's cooooold! You fiend, you. :P
8:17 ...classic bandido move

Anyone else watch this and think of the 3 Stooges episode where Curly is working in the bathroom to plug a leak and connect pipes? Lol
No, but it sounds funny.
Reminds me of saboteur
Have you maybe thought of playing Tantrix
You sold this game by being silly, cocky and laughing WHILE playing the game. It looks fun.
Play “Bugs on Rugs” pleeeeease!
@Lincoln What is that Knizia game you mentioned towards the end of the video?
Karabik is the one I believe I was talking about. I have it but haven't played it yet. Thanks Ian for the note and for watching.
It's Kariba :) Really fun!
@@EmpressG thanks for the correction!
Could you guys group these into playlists by publisher? I'd like to see if you've played other games by this company.
"It's better than blobbity shmar." I am going to fit that into something somewhere. This I vow. :D
Aaron the bandido
can you solo this game
Probably not. You really need to have another player picking the terrible cards they have and placing it where the can. It might not be too fulfilling if you just flipped cards for a “second” player. Though it might be enjoyable from a puzzle aspect. -Lincoln
"It's better than blobbity shmar" should go on the box.
DAVE IT BACK!!!! :D
This game makes me think of a less visually appealing cooperative version of Tsuro.
Deserves a higher rating on bbg, it looks like a great little filler!!

Lincoln try Go Town same company.
One-ton-tomato....
The problem with this game:
1. Too many pattern that no one can no is it possible to be close.
2. Guessing and hoping someone else can fix something is quite bad for a game
Could have been a better game
This is why we need the wall!
Why so many "cooperative" games lately... We need more conflict games... Fuck this socialism mindset in games...
Saboteur rip off
Heh, there is no traitor. We were being silly because Aaron had such terrible cards. It's just a co-op game. Thanks for the note.
