    Hello sir,when writing the hazard and categories, when i have put 5 hazard categories already and 5 hazards and i run out of more hazards to put with the same 5 hazard categories can i choose more hazard categories

    I used 11 hazards from 11 categories. I got a referral on covid 19. Can I take out the column on covid -19 Hazard and resubmit ? Or do I have to necessarily correct the error and resubmit?

    Hi sir, found your explanation so informative, kindly expound on the word count, is it very important, because when I manually count my whole risk assessment, it comes to 3,025 words, but when I use the computer it counts to 6,000, my question is does the 6000 words include the instructions that's is the left side and what can I do to be compliant?

    For part 1 and 4 , we cannot fail a candidate. We are supposed only to give suggestions. Am I correct?

    • @CompassaeLearning
      @CompassaeLearning  3 роки тому +1

      Wrong. You will fail if you do not comply with the marking criteria for any of the parts 1. I have known many people fail on part 1 and 4.

    hey can I use a slip and a trip as two separate hazards one being a ' slip on ice' and one being a ' trip on trailing cables in an office " ?

    • @CompassaeLearning
      @CompassaeLearning  Рік тому

      Technically yes. But in that case it’s always best to have 11 hazards just in case the examiner discounts one of them

      that's brilliant I thought I has to strictly stick to 10! you're videos have been a real big help. THANK 🙌

      @@neymarjr10710 Don’t overdo the number of hazards. Each one is a chance to mess it up and fail. 11 or 12 max really, to be on safe side.

    Hello sir,
    1. Frequency should not set in the timescale rit? (e.g. weekly once, timescale should like 1 week, 1month etc. )
    2. Should we consider hierarchy of control measure in additional measures?
    And my final doubt.
    3. Hazard identification should be specific or general
    For example :
    a. Using step ladder
    b. Using damaged step ladder
    Which one of the above is correct?
    Second example:
    a. Using portable power tool
    b. Using portable power tool with cable damage
    Which one of this is correct?
    Third example
    a. Moving part of the cutting machine
    b. Cutting machine not provided with guards
    Which one is rit?
    Kindly clarify it, that could be grateful.

    Sometimes, candidate write timescale in days, or immediately or routinely.... Is that a mistake?

    • @CompassaeLearning
      @CompassaeLearning  3 роки тому +1

      If you write "immediately" you will probably fail. Most actions cannot be done immediately. They take at least a day or two. "Routinely" will also lead to a fail. The timescale should indicate the START of the routine. e.g. "Monthly Inspections" is the action. The Timescale could be "1 month" because you begin doing them in 1 month. It takes a month to get ready to start doing them (checklist preparation, training, etc.).

      @@CompassaeLearning One question If I may… can I insert Risk table in likelihood & severity section for better understanding as its also mentioned in the feedback which I received for IG2 that need more depth, explanation and risk rating for better evaluation.. by the way tomorrow 3rd August is my resitting… thanks in advance…

    • @CompassaeLearning
      @CompassaeLearning  2 роки тому

      @@Khanbaba-uq3ke You can insert one if you want. BUT that is NOT what they want. They want an explanation of what factors make the incident likely and/or severe. If you use a risk table you will need to explain why you selected the L/S scores.
