Absolutely fantastic video - i have my NG1 exam to sit in April of this year - ironically i have already passed my NG2 and its in the bag - finding these very very useful especially considering i have limited time to revise - i am currently working in the role of Health & safety officer for a large construction firm in Northern Ireland the content is brilliant big thumbs up !

Hi, after over 100 hours extra study time and watching every single video relating to the NG1 i only obtained 39 points. My average mark on test papers was 60-70. I did everything by the book and was very happy with my answers. Can you give me any tips on firstly whether i should consider a re-mark? and secondly how can i gain more marks when i eventually re-sit the exam (no! not again). Thanks.
Hi Tracie, sorry to hear about the result. 1. A remark is unlikely to overturn a 39%. 2. Who marked your mocks? Are they an examiner? Did they have a real marking scheme? Was the mock ultra easy? 3. If you insist you did everything our videos explain, then it means your answers were not on the marking scheme. Which suggests an understanding issue rather than a technique issue.

The tutor went through our mocks with us and I was under the impression that I understood most of what was being asked of me in the OBE. I will have to try harder when I inevitably resit it. Great videos though, and no doubt I’ll be watching them all again soon.
