I haven’t gone to church in 12 years. I haven’t prayed in many months, I have lost faith if I’m honest with my depression and loss of hope in things, but I’ve gotta say: this song makes me really happy when listening to it. Something about it just makes me dance and smile... makes me want to believe and praise again.

I was raised Catholic and I don’t attend church but this and other uplifting songs bring me closer to god and bring joy to my heart.
Psalms 22:3 KJV oh he who inhabits the Praises of Israel,
John 4:24 God is a spirit and those that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth.
God is a spirit and he inhabits praise and the more you get right about God the more he shows up. I believe a Jesus who lived 2,000 years ago.
I have fervent disagreement with the Catholic belief system, I think they've misinterpreted scripture I think when somebody hears the name of Jesus it means something. Testament means Covenant or agreement so only parts of the old apply.
Numbers 12:6 if there be a prophet among you I shall make myself known to him into a vision and in a dream.

The purpose of these last two scriptures and both written in the books Peter and James that God resisted the proud and he giveth Grace into the humble is to fact check your theology with God.

If you understand the parables you'll understand why they are keys to opening heaven to come to Earth if they are obeyed.
And you're also understand why Matthew 16 Jesus didn't say I give you a singular key, but keys, and the keys to open in heaven are for everybody and they're not just some singular mystical object that was solely given to Peter.
Most cults try to abscond what you have with deception, ex: somebody lies and says God made me special therefore give me x y and z.
