Paul Hester, former drummer of Crowded House who committed suicide in 2005 used to guest DJ in Sydney and I remember him saying that one of his life's disappointments was that he didn't write Four Seasons in One Day.

Because you can enter a shop while the sun is shining brightly, when you exit the shop, the sky is filled with grey clouds, and it has started to drizzle. By the time you get to your car there is an ice-cold wind blowing. "Like Four Seasons In One Day".
This song is simply a masterpiece. The musical arrangement, Vocals and harmonies are just mindblowingly brilliant. Total respect to a band that has stood the test of time. I salute you. 👏👏👏✊🙏

Went to the Crowded House Concert a few weeks ago (March 2021) at Spark Arena. It is hard to put into words how awesome it was. If anything Neil Finn's voice has gotten stronger and richer with age. Touring with Fleetwood Mac probably didn't hurt either, but it was really meaningful to be there especially being able to attend something like that during COVID.
I just saw Crowded House two nights ago in Mesa Arizona, and I can honestly say that that was the best concert that I have ever attended! Neil and his band were in absolutely fine form! Is Crowded House in the Rock 'N Roll Hall of Fame? If not, why not? Have a great tour, Mates!
I was driving home from hospital where my father was slowly dying as i found this cd in my car. the third or fourth song was this one ... sunshine and rain in one day. i was happy that there is one end und sad because of his passing.
