Another great video. I have to say, you've come a long way in removing broken screws and retapping threads. Thanks for the detailed backgound on the 500's too.

Excellent video as always! I didnt knew about thoses 500 stoves, they look pretty neat. I just rebuilt a pocket stove 530 A47,they are cool little stove. I have 2 lantern coming,a coleman 220F and a coleman 252 milspecs. Weird, once you get a coleman appliance, they seems to multiply overnight lol. Addictive hobby :D

Thanks for the video Bill! It's nice to have a well thought out and educational video. Have you though about trying nickel plating. I tried it for the first time last year on a 1920s lantern frame. It was more rust pits than original metal. No matter how nice I got it, it would flash rust within a day. I bit the bullet and bought a power supply on Amazon and plated it in 2 gallons of white vinegar in a plastic lunchbox. It turned out great and no more rust! Thanks again for the great content!

Nice video as always. I think your viewers could benefit if you used a mic. Just my 2c.

I do use a microphone, but as in parts of this video, it doesn't always end up working right. I'm pretty good with technical matters when it comes to lanterns and stoves, but sometimes the tech issues of video production are beyond me.
