Also, clean cocaine from the lab is probably more healthy than chewing on coca leaves from the plantation that are sprayed with cancerous, industrial pesticides. If you make a tea using 1 mg of cocaine powder, it's not any different than making a tea using coca leaves that contain 1 mg of cocaine except for the fact that you're also ingesting some other less important alkaloids together with it. Sola dosis facit venenum. Only the dose makes the poison. You can become addicted to the leaves, as lots of indigenous people in those countries are, and you can just as well consume cocaine in powder form in VERY low doses and responsibly enough to not get addicted or face any health issues. Obviously the powder makes it much easier to take it too far, but that's not an automatism but a self control problem of the affected person. Cocaine is cocaine, it doesn't matter if it's in a green leaf or in a plastic bag. None of that is to detract from the cultural relevance it has to people in South America. What all this shows is that a society where people aren't shamed for consuming drugs and where there's less repression through prohibition tends to have less problems with really bad cases of addiction as well.

Yknow like coffee or tea are on a daily basis. Substances are not equated to what you define as “Drugs”.
