I think the cool thing is about both songs for both phases is this: In Phase 1, its chaotic, and it’s a mashup of all the prior .0 patch boss fights (Ultima, Thordan, Shinryu, and Hades) coupled with the Final Fantasy Overture and Revenge Twofold. The pase of the song changes like three times as well which makes it feel just like a hyper desprate last ditch effort to save the world, which to be fair it is. The second theme is a lot more structured in nature and only mixes two songs: Footfalls, Endwalker’s theme with the base guitar rift and some of the vocals, and the Maker’s Ruin. The Maker’s Ruin is the FFXIV equivalent to something like “Proof of a Hero” from Monster Hunter. Its the closest thing players have to being their own “theme song” so whenever it plays we know, for a fact, that we are about to kick some real ass. And combining that with the lyrics of that particular part of Footfalls: it just upgrades the song from just a theme of the WoL being a badass, to “thr WoL is now the final boss” and that is so fucking cool.
Question: in which section Revenge Twofold makes its apperance? Between the overwhelming emotions and tears im just finally catching up to the FF Overture and havent noticed the other one
It's not "The Maker's Ruin". It's the Warrior of Light's leitmotif. It appears in many songs in the game. "The Maker's Ruin" and "Torn From The Heavens" are just two of the more prominent.
i would like to add in how she fights as well being an incredible detail. in the beginning she is extremely graceful and confident with how she attacks us. however after the transition and music change to "our theme" when we turn the tide on her, she begins to flail and attack chaotically as if she is scared of us and desperate.
Beasts tribes used crystals to summon their Gods as Primals. Soken used every final boss theme of the game (and FF main theme) to summon Final Fantasy's core essence as an absolute masterpiece music
It started in august 2021 I was shooting bugs in the forest And I had just quit playing one of the biggest mmos ever, world of Warcraft, and well I wanted something new I then took a 3-4 month break after reaching level 20 I came back on Christmas To play and subsequently played nonstop for 5 months progressing through every expansion until just 2 weeks ago I finally beat the endsinger(and zenos) It hasn’t been as long as some others But it’s been a long journey And I hope I’m here for all the rest of it FFXIV has made me a better person And I have nothing to say but Wow Yoshi p You have blown everything out of the water
This is something I just realized Azem’s sigil is endsinger If you notice The other convocation members reference some other character from previous ffxiv games And their sigils are (at least according to a Reddit post) emblematic of the great foe that they contended with However There’s one missing You guessed it Azem The 14th seat You see Azem when the sigil was introduced to us didn’t have a definitive foe for their sigil So we didn’t know Then After doing some reading I came to a rather awesome conclusion That sigil is emblematic of endsinger Not Emet-selch not shinryu or thordan or even the ultima weapon No It’s 100% her That beak shape towards the top Notice how it has two “wing” outcroppings (like meteion) And then notice how if that’s the head Then the wings must be what’s near it That’s when I saw it I was like wait That is 100% intentional Because endwalker was partially being made alongside the ShB patches So that must have been when they got the design finalized or in its final stages So they Following a pattern did this with azem’s sigil This is our story, our foe, and our journey it’s only fitting that our sigil would reflect that Also Sqenix, AZEM SIGIL GLAMOR WHEN?????
I hope that going forward this is considered the canon theme for the WoL. It's the culmination of 10 years worth of work and adventure, and it's just so God damn triumphant especially when the Heavensward part kicks in
I absolutely love the full circle in this fight. In the opening cinematic for A Realm Reborn, the scions failed the invocation of the twelve. Here at the end of all things they finally succeeded.
Still remember how blown away I was when the prayer scene happened. That, and the final cutscene at the end as the credits rolled. They brought the series home in the best way...
Happy 2nd Anniversary to Endwalker! I will honestly never forget the goosebumps and sobbing from experiencing this fight for the first time. One of my core gaming memories for sure.

I took 3 weeks off just to play FF14 the first time in my life and just before the release of Endwalker and god, I loved it more than WoW classic years ago. A few days after release, I finally beat Endsinger. I don't know when was the last time a game caused so much emotions in me with the story it provided.
I was a little later by roughly a month after release to get to this boss. I remember joining and saying something like "OH this is cool, Music is amazing." To which someone responded "Soken has blessed us with LB4" and pulls the boss. Hearing all the songs of the game play back to back together in this masterpiece. Will remember that moment forever
This is like the Equivalent to Zeromus to FF4 and Necrozma in FF9 but they actually gave her full context and backstory. The final boss comes to end everything and put it into nonexistence but this time you know why. The "last boss" is the first trial. The actual final boss being this was just galaxy brain writing. God bless Yoshi P, Soken and everyone who worked on this fantastic expansion and story that will stick with me till the day I die (and maybe even beyond.)
People say there hasn't been a good Final Fantasy since Final Fantasy X and then never play Final Fantasy XIV, not knowing that it's by far the best Final Fantasy to exist. It's really on another level.
woah there, cowboy. "By far the best FF to exist"? Of course to each their own but I'd be genuinely curious to know why you think that way. Which points do you think makes this game the best FF?
@@Noel_Tamura I mean, I get it. It has a lot of really strong music, it has amazing characters that you get to spent a lot of time with, the story is consistently strong, it has several really great villains, the world is fantastic, the art design is fantastic, the gameplay is pretty great, there's a bunch of really good side content. It has a lot going for it. A part of me wants to say this is the best one as well. The only thing really holding me back from saying that is that I prefer singleplayer games. I prefer the feeling of taking everything at my own pace. Having to play with other people who are in a rush to get something done kind of lessen the experience of the dungeons for me for example. This is a big reason I am so excited for FF16. Putting some of that 14 DNA in a singleplayer mainline FF game is a dream come true for me.
@@emptilion As I said, to each their own, this is a highly subjective topic and every opinion on it is valid as long as it makes sense. I'd have to respectfully disagree on some entries of your list, or would at least ask for further clarification. While the game's art style has a lot of potential, it's really evident that this game is old. The textures are mushy as all hell and the anti aliasing is among the worst I've ever seen. That doesn't mean that the game is ugly by any means but there is a lot of room for improvement. The story being consistently strong is another controversial take. The story itself (aside from ARR, fck ARR) might be good and interesting but its delivery isn't. I know this sounds stupid but the amount of reading pisses me off so much in a game where the clock is constantly ticking and I have to pay for every second I play. I don't want this comment to be too long so I'm off lmao
@@Noel_Tamura I said what I said. Story, characters, soundtrack, gameplay... All of those are top tier in FFXIV. I'm a hufe Final Fantasy fan but to me XIV surpasses all the others (yes, even VI, VII, and X). It's "cowgirl" btw
So something I like to do with RPGs is to compare the first enemy to the final boss and think back on everything that led to that point. In this case, it was a giant ladybug in a big forest. Now here we are, fighting a skyscraper sized bird woman on the back of a dragon at the edge of the universe. Gotta say, it’s been quite the journey.
I was so invested... when it hit phase 2 of the theme and the vocals came in, I got goosebumps and teary eyed and almost cried but I was excited at the same time. If a game makes you feel that way, it's a fucking 10/10. This is def the top of my favorite Final Fantasy games ever.
Oh you do. I did this fight in early access and everyone was screaming in party chat from the epicness. I was crying so hard at one point I could barely see the aoes in the last phase LMAO
This is giving me flashbacks to Algalon the Observer from the Ulduar raid in WoW. I think this one hits a lot harder since it was the culmination of everything since the start of the game as opposed to an optional boss in a side raid that had little to do with the main plot of the expansion. A threat like this is something you build the entire story of the expansion around.
What a hell of a way to end 6.0 riding on the back of your nemesis with the chorus of his boss theme blasting as the fight begins. Endwalker is a fantastic story, worth suffering through some of the games' growing pains in story telling.
One of the things that made this fight one of the best ways to end Endwalker for me, it’s how it sums up through the mechanics and music the fight between despair and hope incarnated by Meteion and us. For the first part of the fight, the Endsinger still tries to convince us that only despair awaits us, throwing the dead planets at us, as a way to prove to us by her experiences that we won’t make the difference, and that she’s doing it for our own sake. Of course, we fight it back, accompanied by the theme of all our previous victories throughout the previous expansions. Both Wol and Meteion experiences are clashing together in the first part of the fight. Despite her throwing us a lethal attack, we survived it because we are not alone, thanks to our friends still believing in us and the hope that we carry. As for the final phase, her attacks do not ask for a strategy, they just hit really hard. Meteion doesn’t care about convincing us anymore, she is just throwing a big tantrum because we succeed to keep believing despite all the hardships, sufferings, and the inevitable end awaiting for us when she doesn't. All that accompanied by the song of hope that we forged along our journey.
I love how before they battle, the WoL is facing the very pinnacle manifestation of despair itself, a being capable of bringing an end to all life in the universe. And with how far they've come, all they give the Endsinger's lines of unreachable deliverance is one defiant look before drawing their weapon. Standing tall in front of oblivion itself. And to think back to the days they were exterminating rodents for pocket money and this is where it's come... Somehow that look is so incredibly satisfying alone.
aww man I hope when we reach the point of all of Endwalker's expansion patches (6.55) being released, the fight will still be long enough to hear the full second phase theme. I'm just remembering how quickly Hades' fight cleared so quickly with everyone fully geared to max ilvl by the end of 5.55, that you never even got to hear all the voice lines during the second phase whenever I got it in Trial roulette.
Sometimes in-fight boss quotes open new doors of understanding. I just saw the "What they saw... What I saw..." quote and it hurt me deeply. Imagine the fallen civilizations going out. Not all of them were peaceful, some went out violently. Some of the peaceful ones went out violently, too. Imagine the torment and suffering and despair of people that are dying, on every world, each death and soul recorded by the Blue Birbs. Screaming children, people starving to death or eaten by beasts, put down by their fellow men in a situation where death is the best option, brutal wars to the last man and lonely, whimpering deaths witnessed by noone. They saw it all, they still feel it all. And then some bastard comes along and DARES to claim that there is STILL hope? The audacity! If there were still hope... then that would mean... everything... was for naugh...and That! Can't! Be! The Endsingers furious flailing and wailing is understandable. She already lost. She is not fighting you anymore. She is fighting herself. Struggling to accept that which she can't understand. That which hurts the most. The fact that there might have still been another option.
Y'all remember when the ultima weapon was our biggest threat? Me too edit: if any of my fellow college students are reading: listen to this when you have an essay due in two hours and you just started the first body paragraph. you're welcome
My favorite part about this fight when I first saw it is when the Scions start praying, THEY DO THE EXACT SAME PRAYERS FROM THE ENDING CINEMATIC FOR 1.0!!!! LIKE WHAT?!?!?!
Got damn i need to finally get off my butt and level my character to max. The music in these raids is insane. The fights are gorgeous visually with all the effects.
The music in this game is so compelling that I end up with tears in my eyes just sitting and listening. These guy are the masters of music that absolutely immerses you in the game. It started for me as a kid playing FF 4. One of the first rpgs I ever played. The music is what pulled me right in along with the story telling. I remember the tears when Rydia reappeared out of nowhere with her summoned dragon and deleted Golbez just as he was about to wipe your party. I never expected such epic story telling in a video game. This Endsinger theme couldnt possibly be any better. Absolutely crazy.
When she swoops down to enter the arena it's so beautiful the way the camera work is. I keep the CS off It has still never gotten old I still get chill and a lump in my throat.
I was HORRIBLE in this fight, lol I was so excited over everything I was seeing, and the music. I loved her intro, the fact that like the Goddess, she looked exactly like one of Amano's paintings, I love the expression on her face. I am also very much into space stuff, and drew a comic with those themes as a child, after a fieldtrip to the planetarium lol (I visit there still every spring and autumn with my brother) . I had started to redo the comic in 2016, so I've been redesigning things, along with doing designs for the game to go with it. I actually in 2018, used Final Fantasy XV, to create the main character Einar, based on a drawing I did of him lol. Some said he looked like Thouzer from Fist of the North Star, had a kid with Cosmos from Final Fantasy Dissidia lol. He was actually modeled after a young Roy Batty of Blade Runner, and young Thouzer, with a bit of Billy Idol since he is supposed to also the lead vocalist/guitarist in a Strife Metal band called, Drengr, and is what is called a "Star Viking". He is half human half alien that is accident sent to Earth. He was supposed to be terminated minutes after he was born, on his home world where he was called KD7302, because of a mutation he is born with called "Fury Continuum", which would one day put him in a state of indiscriminate viciousness and destruction capable of destroying stars and even galaxies. Some of the themes in the story reminded me of what was in my comic, so this expansion to me is the absolute absolute best weeeeeee.
I had 4 weeks of freetime and I played FF14 every day just to get to the end of Endwalker in time whe it released. Including full queues and waiting to get in/staying online so you don't have to wait again. And i have to say all DLCs together were ups and downs but overall i had the greatest gaming experience since WoW Beta 2004.
Not ashamed to admit that 9:58 made me breakdown and sob while fighting this for the first time. Not even a huge fan of this fight or the EW ending but THIS PART is magical. (i still loved EW dont get me wrong, just had some issues with it.)
I want to point out that when Phase 1 transitions into Phase 2... (spoilers) The Endsinger's attack is absorbed by a shield manifested by everyone's faith in the Warrior of Light; protecting the party. But Zenos, as Shinryu, is outside of the shield. So yeah. Zenos _just freaking tanks it._
everytime I farm extreme fight of this I hope I win orchestrion roll so I can give it to my more casual friends. they need it on their orchestrion roll list. both phase1 and phase2.
As someone with over 11k hours and started this since Day 1 of 2.0 (with partial 1.0 till I forgotten my ID and PW 😔) this has been the greatest ride IN MY LIFE. All the hardships, victories, more hardships and in-between made this game the greatest game of all time. I look forward for our 10th ARR Anniversary in 2023 and for another 10 years in our beloved FFXIV. FREE KUPO NUTS AND LALI-HO!
There was a swelling in my heart and emotions pouring out of me when the music started as we hopped onto our aggro-sexual friend’s back. Then the Prelude came in as we clutched the crystal of Azem to summon our fellow Warriors of Light to determine the fate of the universe. This was the truest Final Fantasy experience I will have ever had. Then the moment it seemed like we were going to lose and my group was lamenting the wipe, the light shone through and our friends called out their prayers. My first run through, I won’t ever forget the one party member who came through with a simple, “welcome to the enrage phase :)”
This fight sealed the deal for me. I was bawling my eyes out, in a zone where I felt like all of everything was on the line. Me, the Universe, everything. You're on a fkin god dragon flying through space fighting a being that wishes to end the very universe itself and the music kicks in... Best fuckin story I've ever experienced in a videogame.
Finished Endwalker recently (up to 6.4 after 1000h lol) I was lucky to have friends that invited more friends of them so we could do this battle with minimum ilvl. It was awesome
I started final fantasy not expecting to play it for long. I even made my first characters name a joke.. I just finished this expansion a couple days ago and I love it
I feel like this theme is all of our past nemeses and opponents standing with us at our back, having prepared us every step of the way for this one singular fight to determine the fate of creation. This song is them urging us forward to go even further beyond our limits and overcome the insurmountable.
10 years ago, I was lost in Ul'dah looking for moogle mail to receive my first minion, Cait sith. Here I am fighting Despair itself flinging planets at you.
Huh, neat. I was playing in Kujata for a few years before moving to OCE. Basically roommates hah. Thanks for the upload, its great to hear this song again.
Love how the praying is a call back to the very start of the entire game, when they all prayed to seal Bahamut and it failed, but this time it succeeds.
Started this game during the pandemic. Immediately fell in love with the story and the characters. From day 1 we started off with "Big Fat Tacos" from the Ruby fight. To hear it come up again in the fight made me lose my fucking mind.
the Endsinger really never got her own theme; the songs that play in her battle are the themes of those who oppose her. The Warrior of Light and their memories of their journey, Zenos' theme as Shinryu, and in phase 2 it's an overture of Endwalker's themes. Part of me is kinda sad she never got her own theme in the first part, or even in the middle of the first theme, but I'm also happy that it thematically sums up the WoL's reason to fight her (And Zenos' too, briefly)
I don't think anything related to Zenos is in this piece actually. It skips right over Stormblood and goes straight from Heavensward to Shadowbringers. After all, Zenos got his own track later. As far as Endsinger, I think it fits that we're literally silencing her song of Oblivion with our own experiences. Meteion, on the other hand, I like to think of Flow as being hers.
The Endsinger's theme song is, basically, the Final Days. As her song is the very thing that would end life itself. As for Meteion, she has Hopeful Dynamis. Which honestly fits her better than anything ever could to Endsinger.

I think the cool thing is about both songs for both phases is this:
In Phase 1, its chaotic, and it’s a mashup of all the prior .0 patch boss fights (Ultima, Thordan, Shinryu, and Hades) coupled with the Final Fantasy Overture and Revenge Twofold.
@@LZ02-OVERTURE that does make sense.
Thank you for that possible explanation :)
It's not "The Maker's Ruin". It's the Warrior of Light's leitmotif. It appears in many songs in the game. "The Maker's Ruin" and "Torn From The Heavens" are just two of the more prominent.
AYYY nice, someone finally pointed out the similarity to Proof of a hero"
i would like to add in how she fights as well being an incredible detail. in the beginning she is extremely graceful and confident with how she attacks us.
however after the transition and music change to "our theme" when we turn the tide on her, she begins to flail and attack chaotically as if she is scared of us and desperate.
Beasts tribes used crystals to summon their Gods as Primals.
Soken used every final boss theme of the game (and FF main theme) to summon Final Fantasy's core essence as an absolute masterpiece music
Final fantasy is OUR primal
Soken is so powerful I suspect him of being a primal
GOT NOTHING TO SAY BUY MY MOST SINCERE RESPECT TO OUR BUDDY SOKEN
Can we talk about the fact that while we needed help to survive both of her ults, shinryu just tanks it like a beast lmao
The real boss theme is all the boss themes we heard along the way.
Can I just point out... the epic timing of Titan at 10:37. Their animation coupled with that part of the song.
The TRUE savior! The Kobolds were right all along!
Bow down, Overdweller!
Titan rocking to the beat
I never saw reworked summoners before this fight, so I genuinely thought primals as allies was part of the battle.
lmao
"Dude just ask her out. The worst she can say is 'no."
Her:
She says "Big Fat Tacos"?
It started in august 2021
I was shooting bugs in the forest
And I had just quit playing one of the biggest mmos ever, world of Warcraft, and well I wanted something new
I then took a 3-4 month break after reaching level 20
I came back on Christmas
To play and subsequently played nonstop for 5 months progressing through every expansion until just 2 weeks ago I finally beat the endsinger(and zenos)
It hasn’t been as long as some others
But it’s been a long journey
And I hope I’m here for all the rest of it
FFXIV has made me a better person
And I have nothing to say but
Wow
Yoshi p
You have blown everything out of the water
Now time to do it in new game + with every job.
This is something I just realized
Azem’s sigil is endsinger
If you notice
The other convocation members reference some other character from previous ffxiv games
And their sigils are (at least according to a Reddit post) emblematic of the great foe that they contended with
However
There’s one missing
You guessed it
Azem
The 14th seat
You see
Azem when the sigil was introduced to us didn’t have a definitive foe for their sigil
So we didn’t know
Then
After doing some reading
I came to a rather awesome conclusion
That sigil is emblematic of endsinger
Not Emet-selch not shinryu or thordan or even the ultima weapon
No
It’s 100% her
That beak shape towards the top
Notice how it has two “wing” outcroppings (like meteion)
And then notice how if that’s the head
Then the wings must be what’s near it
That’s when I saw it
I was like wait
That is 100% intentional
Because endwalker was partially being made alongside the ShB patches
So that must have been when they got the design finalized or in its final stages
So they
Following a pattern did this with azem’s sigil
This is our story, our foe, and our journey it’s only fitting that our sigil would reflect that
Also
Sqenix, AZEM SIGIL GLAMOR WHEN?????
I hope that going forward this is considered the canon theme for the WoL. It's the culmination of 10 years worth of work and adventure, and it's just so God damn triumphant especially when the Heavensward part kicks in
Maker's Ruin already holds that spot.
Maker’s Ruin already is WoL’s theme
@@N..O Phase 2 is a version of Maker's Ruin.
@@SilverVibes i know
@@SilverVibes it's still our theme lol
I absolutely love the full circle in this fight. In the opening cinematic for A Realm Reborn, the scions failed the invocation of the twelve.
Here at the end of all things they finally succeeded.
except now its the Invocation of the Warrior of LIght, twelve gods were not enough, one Mortal was.
@@Birdhattertechnically elidibus
Can we show appreciation for the bass guitar starting at 9:56, I mean... it's just.. amazing
My thanks. This is one of those that I can't quite get enough of. Such a great trial, such a damn good theme
A compilation of every time hope overcame despair. This isn’t the Endsinger’s theme. It’s the song of our victories. Limit break!
>Phase 2 music hits
Endsinger: "Wait, this isn't my boss music!"
WoL: "You're right, it's mine."
Only one hero could defy oblivion, and they did it in casual wear.
Glam on my friends, glam on.
🤣🤣
Casual wear my arse, I did it in my smallclothes
Bringing hope, as only a Manderville Man can!
Soken and team: *creates a beautiful and epic soundtrack for the Warrior of Light to defeat the final boss to*
Me, a Reaper: *Hell's Ingresses my way off of the platform to said epic music while trying to dodge a planet*
I took 3 weeks off just to play FF14 the first time in my life and just before the release of Endwalker and god, I loved it more than WoW classic years ago. A few days after release, I finally beat Endsinger. I don't know when was the last time a game caused so much emotions in me with the story it provided.
For as long as I live I’ll never forget Soken telling us how he was in the hospital making this incredible music for us to enjoy I don’t deserve it
God... Soken... what have you done? This is beyond everything I've ever heard in a video game before, this guy is a legend.
@@Noel_Tamura ff14 on top :*
This game is one of few which got burned into my mind. Such a legendary journey!
"You're wrong, Im not locked up in here with you, you're locked up in here with me."
How do you not get overwhelmed by this in mid fight?
I don't even know the full story yet and the epicness of the music just makes me teary already
The second phase, you'll notice, was a lot easier. Good thing, too, because I could barely see through the tears after the scions did their thing
When you're in the thick of it the music gives you stength because Soken is a real life Bard.
Why would you spoil yourself 😵
I was so invested... when it hit phase 2 of the theme and the vocals came in, I got goosebumps and teary eyed and almost cried but I was excited at the same time. If a game makes you feel that way, it's a fucking 10/10. This is def the top of my favorite Final Fantasy games ever.
Oh you do. I did this fight in early access and everyone was screaming in party chat from the epicness. I was crying so hard at one point I could barely see the aoes in the last phase LMAO
Big Fat Tacos, big fat tacos, with beef!
The GOAT of all soundtracks!!! Insatiable, thanks for coning!
Her design is so cool she makes sephiroth look like a child cosplayer!
I started playing this in 3.x
6 years later and I can say the music is absolutely phenomenal, I come back to the game just for that.
Somehow that look is so incredibly satisfying alone.
and to think I started the game killing some ladybugs
Only now do I realize Endsingers theme is a combination of all the boss themes in some way, and call backs to the other final bosses
aww man I hope when we reach the point of all of Endwalker's expansion patches (6.55) being released, the fight will still be long enough to hear the full second phase theme. I'm just remembering how quickly Hades' fight cleared so quickly with everyone fully geared to max ilvl by the end of 5.55, that you never even got to hear all the voice lines during the second phase whenever I got it in Trial roulette.
I was the most pumped in this fight with the music then Ive ever been in a video game.
Me too
edit: if any of my fellow college students are reading: listen to this when you have an essay due in two hours and you just started the first body paragraph. you're welcome
Shinryu....
Thordan...
Hades...
Endsinger's theme really knows how to take one back.
I was against ff14 until i gave it a try, i still crie just be listening the song. The most beautiful story i have played in an mmo 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
My favorite part about this fight when I first saw it is when the Scions start praying, THEY DO THE EXACT SAME PRAYERS FROM THE ENDING CINEMATIC FOR 1.0!!!! LIKE WHAT?!?!?!
2:32 Goosebumps the theme
The build up is so epic
I like how her last phase and moments she seems desperate and confused.
All the best and epic moments from past final bosses and put into one god tier track. Always gives me chills, man I love this game
I always joke that ff14 is a silly anime game but it's the first game to make me cry in years
I had 4 weeks of freetime and I played FF14 every day just to get to the end of Endwalker in time whe it released.
Gets me every time
Never forget, Zenos thought nothing of the Endsinger and was disappointed we hadn't killed it already when he arrived.
Get you a bro like Zenos.
10:39 LMFAO THE SCREAM IS PERFECTLY SYNCED WITH TITAN
OUR HUNT ENDS THIS DAY, THERE IS NOWHERE YOU CAN FLEE THAT WE CANNOT FOLLOW!
Me: why does this sound familiar
Me ten seconds later: BIG FAT TACOS
Thanks for the upload! I think you should know that there's a cut around 6:25 - 6:32, though.
"SO COME!!" as this song starts, and my jaw drops because Friendo forces a team-up on me!!
I want to point out that when Phase 1 transitions into Phase 2...
(spoilers)
The Endsinger's attack is absorbed by a shield manifested by everyone's faith in the Warrior of Light; protecting the party.
But Zenos, as Shinryu, is outside of the shield. So yeah. Zenos _just freaking tanks it._
Zeno's just taking planet hits like it's nothing.
Surely, he's just above something so banal as a planet hitting him in the face XD
He's a dragon primal from Garlemald that mains RPR. The planets don't hit him; they get sliced in half upon contact with all that EDGE.
Endsinger: "Wait, why do I hear boss music? That isn't mine!?"
From smacking Imps outside of Cornelia those countless years ago, to throwing hands with the very concept of despair.
It's been one hell of a ride.
everytime I farm extreme fight of this I hope I win orchestrion roll so I can give it to my more casual friends. they need it on their orchestrion roll list. both phase1 and phase2.
Makes sense that Maker’s Ruin is Sokens favorite motif
The scream at the end syncs up pretty good with titan raging. At 10:38
As someone with over 11k hours and started this since Day 1 of 2.0 (with partial 1.0 till I forgotten my ID and PW 😔) this has been the greatest ride IN MY LIFE.
I love how the engage line is just Zenos shit talking the Endsinger.
Damn, even with the shield LB3, the healers’ and reaper’s health pools gets slashed down to triple digits (the AST’s in particular gets down to 458).
🥲🥲🥲
Best FF-Fight-Theme ever made so far
Finished Endwalker recently (up to 6.4 after 1000h lol)
I was lucky to have friends that invited more friends of them so we could do this battle with minimum ilvl.
It was awesome
8:30 Endsinger: "Why do I hear boss music?"
This fight. I remember going to sleep the night before doing this in the waiting room. waking up and this was first thing i did. it was so thrilling.
10:38 the sync on Titan yelling
WoLs: welp, looks like we hit enrage.
Meteion: my enrage right? =>
"LIGHT THE WAY!"
Meteion: my enrage... right? =
Meteion: *begins screaming, crying, and slapping like an angry little girl...because she is*
I wonder if the planets she throws at you are actual dead worlds or just conjured projectiles
I started final fantasy not expecting to play it for long. I even made my first characters name a joke..
I just finished this expansion a couple days ago and I love it
Hey, joke names are best names!
If this game ever had a live concert tour, I’d seriously lose my shit when they play this in a concert hall
Y'all act like you've never seen an Elzen before, jaws all on the floor like Zenos Yae Galvus just walked through the door!
Stuff like this is why I don't globally disable dungeon/trial/raid intro cutscenes.
Not even a joke this song could win a Goddamn Oscar
Even Fray Miste fought alongside you... Damn.
