Sorry but too basic and cold. I'd hate to say it but I think it's overpriced.....
It's a good build. Basic. Affordable. A good starter home.
Cute but not for 28000 dollars. There is no toilet or sink in bathroom.
Valerie J, nor bathroom nor wall-or loft-storage. Worse, imo, is no ventilation/exit openable loft window. Dangerous. No stove, hotplate or microwave. Nope! No heat? Eek! $28K? NO.
Humidity is known to be an issue in tiny homes, but I didn't notice any kind of ventilation besides the bathroom fan. And I think this fan should be controlled separately from the light in order to be able to allow the bathroom to properly ventilate after a shower, without having to leave the light on. Electrical outlets are cut into many window casings, which is not at all aesthetic, so I think that outlets could have been better situated. The upper windows do not open for egress or to allow heat to escape. There's really not a lot of storage and there's no cooktop or microwave/convection oven. I think this would be better suited for short-term rental or for occasional use than for full-time living and in that context I think it's a great little build.
Especially in Florida
Dehumidifier would help and cross air ventilation from top windows which sadly don’t open. Bathroom needs finishing with basin and toilet and decorative touches such as mirrors and pop up table and although very small would work 😊
Good looking house/build but $28k is just too much. No egress in loft, no cooktop, no toilet, no outlet by toilet for possible Separett toilet, no vanity in bathroom, no heat/AC, didn’t see a water heater for shower, no vent for cooktop, no main breaker or disconnect for main power. Incredible Tiny Homes offers a much better option for $25-28k.
I’m all about DIY but folks need to start building to the standards set by Appendix Q and 3rd party inspections like NOAH and PWA to be taken seriously and to ever have a chance of placing the home legally in any city/county/state.
5 counties and counting in California and numerous others around the US accept movable tiny homes as legal dwellings but ALL (to my knowledge) require a certificate/seal from a 3rd party inspection agency.
where does it say its 28k??
Incredible Tiny Homes has the ugliest interiors and often poor layout/design.
No place to wash your hands when finished in bathroom.
Wash your hands in the toilet
@@User37717 🚽🤝🤲🤦♀️😂
I couldn’t afford a real house so I built one in minecraft
It needs an egress window in the loft for safety, but that's about it.
No fire exit in the loft...it’s too short to sleep in anyway. $28k and no toilet?
I agree not a very safe home need an escape in loft and a toilet ?
Yeah I don't think you're meant to sleep up there, lol. Not to code
Yes agree for the price i would want them to fit a proper toilet and wash basin in or not worth the price
@@christopherjimenezcabezas4773 what're your thoughts on toilet tank sinks?
@@HawkMcBlade even tiny houses should have toilets and sinks so you can wash your hands for keeping your hands free from germs
Why american is always have great ideas in making house? Im from indonesia and i hope one time this cahnnel could go there and reviews some house for our inspiration. Thx
Why not invite them for a collaboration?
@@HawkMcBlade i actually in the different country sir, may be it would happend when pandemic is gone
@@PasutriGaje Yeah, I know.. Hopefully things can settle down soon.
@@HawkMcBlade yes i hope so. Everything get change coz of this, where do u live anyw?
@@PasutriGaje Arizona, northern side.
I would need some railing on that loft...safety precautions
A lower price and allowing people to add what they want (ala carte) is a better option. I can see by the comments that none of us agree on certain things. A workable layout and then a menu (with prices UPFRONT) of options seems beneficial.
I thought this was pretty nice. Needs railing for loft, toilet and shelves in kitchen area plus a mini split for AC heat. . And for those asking for a cooktop, just get an induction single cook top. They work great along with tiny toaster oven. That’s all I use in my regular size home.
I'd pay about 15k for it, but nothing more without a toilet, bathroom sink, no stove/burner.
The price is too high, but I'd prefer a removable stove top to put in a top drawer - some like electric, some butane or propane. Everyone prefers a different toilet, too - some are okay with a $100 or less option (until they can afford a better model), while others want top of the line right away. Many people don't need two sinks in a small space and a few apartments in Manhattan have no sink in the bathroom.
WHoever lives there is going to hate not being able to open those upper level windows.
T Mike, Exactly! Or open a window to escape in case of fire. Cook dinner? A silly idea, with no cook top. Not for me.
I DON'T get it WHY slop the roof towards the entrance door???? Rain all over you while enter exit house... Is that the only design flaw?
OHHHAnd the out swing door gets nice and wet !!!!
No cooktop, loft will be a skull-cracker if you sit up in bed, and not enough storage. You can buy a travel trailer for that money and get a comfortable bed, a closet, a full bath and a much better kitchen.
You could get an induction single cook top. I use that in my house of 1100 sq ft. I
Nice but loft a little claustraphopic and a couple of opening windows for airflow and cooling. Otherwise very cool
Is too tiny cabine. Is more covenient an RV. Tiny house is something else.
I like having the kitchen on one end and bathroom on the other. It seems to maximize floor space.
I like the large kitchen sink, but definitely need upper shelves or cabinets. Also would need a sink, however small, in the bathroom. Having an upper level exit window is essential. Also nice to be able to generate some airflow up and through the loft. What about heat/AC? And a closet? I kind of like the layout, but doesn’t really have what you need for full-time living.
I agree. No bathroom sink, not enough kitchen storage, and no clothing storage.... All would be needed for full time living.
What about heat and air?😲😲😲
Look this verse please it tells the 2 quality of what a saint is.
Revelation 14:12
(King James Version)
12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
Yes a great starter home well built
put specs in show notes, please.
In such a tiny space, just put the same waterproof flooring throughout. There is no porch or mudroom to take wet boots off, so that front door area will see a lot of water.
The lights over the sink are both too concentrated and too high. I wonder if track lighting on the wall or tracks with pendant lights would be better.
How do you cook?
kay becker: Oops, you noticed!
Seems that there are some things the buyer will have to do for themselves...... portable stove ... bathroom sink ...toilet ..portable or flush ...add an egress window in loft .....
Add some shelving and you're good to go👍🏽
It's surprisingly spacious inside. The only thing is I would definitely replace the mini fridge with a full size one and sacrifice that counter space. Supa cute all around tho
Where's the oven? Where's the cooker? Where's the shower door? Why are the windows unuseable? Where's the freezer? Is there a launderette nearby? Where's the space for towels, bedding and toiletries? I'm sorry but this is the worst tiny house I've ever seen 😟
I am guessing these are some things that they buyer has to think about ...and the laundry will depend on where you find parking ... Some people just want the basic of the basic ..so this could work for that person ....
@@clarkclarke some people meaning the builder.
Why do people think you put the concrete blocks on there side. There not design to hold the weight of a trailer on there side. But a great looking tiny house
Amigo eres un diamante en bruto al crear tal obra tan necesaria para cada ser humano te felicito desde Colombia exitos.
😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍💟💟💟💟💟💟💟
You need a toilet, a sink in the bathroom, an escape hatch in the top. You need a fridge with the separate freezer.
lol, because just being tiny is not enough...
This does not "set the standard for affordable living". I've seen so many that far exceed this one.
This one is $28k so we thought that was a good title. Thank you for watching.
$?
😍👍
How much is that
Where’s the stove?
Way too small.😦
Ty sir
Is this a sales thing?
VERY NICE!!
How much?
All the basics, none of the frills; I like it! Please, please learn adjectives other than "nice."
this bathroom is perfect for van build. couch is also vgood
Hy, can somebody let me now how heavy it is? Thanks in advance
Like 130. Boa tarde!
What is the height from the bottom of the door to the top of the house?
Nice. Very nice.
That’s...nice.
nice
They need these in Ocean View, Hawaii. Affordable.
Perfect for my sister.
I read that Hawaii doesnt allow tiny homes on their islands.
@@vickyabramowitz2885 Part of the reason are storms, but the other is that the islands are overcrowded and some even live illegally (squatters).
Beautiful
So far this is the most honest tiny house tour I've seen. People are complaining about the absence of toilet but for me i like it bec. I can choose the toilet bowl I want o install regular flashtoilet or composting toilet I love the location of the kitchen not near the bathroom.
and he did say that ...some people have an idea of what they want ...plus the owner might be somewhere where they would rather save on water and have composting ...then again some places don't want the composting and you must have flush ...
ala carte is better for almost anything. Imagine being forced to buy an entire outfit and not being allowed to choose the shirt, pants/skirt, and shoes separately!
ALL THESE so called “ tiny houses “ need to be renamed . Tiny houses can be up to 1100 sqft . Not these “ thimble dwellings !
Very cute and well done. 28000 is a great deal
Not a bad setup for one person. Please don’t say “nice” so much in your video. Thanks for the video.
This is what a tiny house looks like. Some videos shows tiny house with 3 bedrooms, big kitchen but in my opinion, it's not leaving tiny. Tiny leaving is when your home is tiny, tiny expenses. When you feel free of depth and making more time and sacrifices for family, and God and activities which you love to do.
Looks nice, but these are likely not legal from a zoning perspective. Meaning, you can buy one, or build one, but where are you going to be able to park it legally and more importantly occupy it legally?
Well i am sure you would have to know where you are going to park BEFORE you buy????....then again ...it most certainly could be for someone who is on the road .... it does have wheels ...
@@clarkclarke Yes, maybe. It's almost never addressed in these videos, and I often read about buyers who are caught off guard. And my point remains the same: whether buyers are aware or not, these are not legal residences in many places due to zoning violations.
