Hey Faisal, if you use water the flavor would not be nice. You either have to go with chicken broth or beef broth. You can also dilute chicken or beef cubes in water to make the broth. If you let me know your location I can research and suggest you a product to use instead of broth but water will not be sufficient.

You didn't toast the bun. Also egg should never be added to ground beef. The secret is the temperature of the meat which must be ice cold. Every professional chef knows this.....that is if you are a chef as you say you are.
