- Power Painter 90 Extra or PP90 for short, are a range of airless paint sprayers from WAGNER. They are designed for spray painting interiors and exteriors with wood, metal, wall and ceiling paints including emulsion and smooth masonry paint for exterior walls.
These professional airless paint sprayers are for decorators who want to achieve a perfect paint finish for their clients. Both are driven by a twin stroke piston pump so require little maintenance and are highly efficient with reduced pressure. The softer spray jet makes it easy to control and achieves a consistent high-quality finish.
Using the HEA tips they have 55% less overspray (spray mist) than a traditional airless sprayer, so there is less masking and preparation work required, allowing you to complete jobs quicker.
Included is the high-quality Vector Pro lightweight all metal gun and 15 m hose so you can reach high up walls and ceilings. Watch Colin Bidwell from Paintshack explain the difference in the range.

Hi Gareth, only the consumer Control Pro accessories are suitable for the Control Pro range - they have a different hose size to our professional machines. This is due to the pressure they operate at not being compatible with the Wagner professional range of products.

Hi Sergio, if you are still looking into this then we have been advised to recommend against trying to spray Sikagard 570w with the PP90. It contains 63% solids and would require a much more powerful machine than the PP90. Unfortunately the data sheet for the product is not very helpful in this regard so we will have to recommend that you contact the material manufacturer. Thanks - The Wagner Professionals.
Can you have it standing on the ground and paint a roof? Can it paint concrete tiles?
Hello yes the machine can be positioned on the floor when you are spraying above you. The PP90 comes with a 15m hose so you have a large working range. For the right paint for concrete tiles you would need to check with a suitable paint manufacturer. Kind Regards WAGNER.
i am really struggling to understand why i shouldnt just get a 350 m
instead of this, nobody mentions the difference except how its marketed.

@@WAGNERContractor thank you for responding. Im based in norway, and have emailed the norwegian customer center. Unfortunately they have yet to find the time to respond to my email. I am currently not looking into getting a wagner sprayer.
@@SpencerOilChangeLOL If you are looking to do professional work then it is worth considering that the more powerful contractor machines will have a longer service life, be able to spray more liters of paint on a regular basis and will also be covered by the Wagner Professional warranty which will not apply if using consumer grade machines for contractor work. What sort of spraying projects are you planning for?

Hello, it depends a lot on the paint that is being used and how much it is diluted, the substrate and existing and new colour. All of which make this a difficult question to answer.
