Hi, thanks for your question. This machine is targeted at smaller jobs just like spraying furniture. You may wish to look at the Fence & Decking sprayer or an airless sprayer if you need to spray large areas like fences.

Are u PRO? or pure DIY-er?🤐 If you made the wrong choice of paints sprayer for professional job, why is someone to blame for this? I use long time my old Titan 400 and am very happy (same model under Wagner brand i think is PS 3.20). But If you need a not so expensive but professional unit for dayli job, look at Wagner PP90 👍👍👍👍

Hello Wilsin Art, sorry to hear you are having difficulty with your 130 Pro/Control 150M. This is an entry level airless sprayer for the DIY market but it should spray regular emulsion ok. It operates at a fixed 1500psi so you would need to check the spray settings for the materials you purchased - they should recommend dilution and tip choice. As Viktor said, a very good Pro entry level sprayer is the Wagner PP90 but it sounds like you may be in America so we recommend looking up TITAN (www.titantool.com/) for example the TITAN 400 👍 Thanks, Ben @ The Wagner Professionals.

Hi thanks for your comment. This smaller handheld cordless unit is aimed at smaller projects due to being able to spray approximately 5L paint per charged battery. Where you will get the most out of the machine though is spraying thinner paints like wood & metal for smaller projects - eg furniture, wood panelling, doors etc. If you need to handle larger projects you will still need to look at the corded FC5500 or entry level airless sprayers like the PP90.

Hello! No worries - it's not exactly straightforward 😃 The left column is the width of your spray pattern (when the gun is held at 30cm from the surface) it corresponds directly with the right hand column which is the angle in degrees which the paint is projecting from the tip (the first number on the tip itself). Then across the top is the orifice size - the larger the number, the more paint will come out and thus meaning a smaller number is generally for thinner paints and larger is for thicker materials. The colours correspond with the material types at the bottom of the screen. Filter = the type of filter that should be fitted in the gun. I hope that helps it make sense! Yes, the PowerPainter 90 is suitable for outdoor use, but it always depends on the material you want to work with. Facade paint, for example, cannot be processed with it.

Hello Liza, thanks for your comment. The Control 150M is an entry level DIY machine which does not take this range of pro spray tips. There is a different selection for them available (eg from Screwfix). To tell them apart, the back of the tips are hexagonal instead of round. For thinner materials, correctly mixed and diluted, it will be the 211 or 311 to work slowly for a fine finish with a red tip. Good luck with your spraying! Regards, Ben @ Wagner Professionals.

Hi! We would not recommend this sort of sprayer for vehicle paints. You would need to look at our HVLP setups for a better result there but it is a highly specialised process that requires specialist equipment.

The 150M, fixed to 1500psi, is not recommended for thicker materials like masonry paint, no. You want to look at the entry level Pro sprayer the PP90 👍 Regards, Ben @ Wagner Professionals.
