wht do you mean MSA mirrors are coming out with cameras?
Hi Mate, From what I have been told and heard on the grape vine. MSA are releasing mirrors with the 360 view cameras already mounted in them and the mirrors will have the folding feature as well with standard. Other brands I know of you need to remove the cameras from your factory mirrors and mount them into the towing mirrors (which requires extra brackets at extra cost) but they then don’t have the auto fold feature.

Great set up will you be fitting a Bullbar, Snorkel, Roof Rack, Awning and Clearview Towing Mirrors on it at all or not
Q1 My Parents are just about ready to retire, and they want to Get a Nissan Y62 Patrol around 2013-2014 Year Model and a 2022 Jayco StarCraft 22 Foot Caravan weighing 2.8 Tonnes and how much would it cost all together.
Q2 My Parents are wanting to fit a Bullbar, Snorkel, Roof Rack, Awning, Clearview Towing Mirrors and a UHF on their car and how much would it cost all together.
Q3 Would you recommended my parents to get an Alloy Bullbar or an ARB Deluxe Bullbar on the Y62
Q4 Would you recommended my parents to get a TJM Aertic Snorkel or a Stainless-Steel Snorkel for the Y62 and would either one of them keep the water out at river crossings.
Q5 Would you recommend my parents to get a Full Roof Rack Tray going around or a Roof Rack Tray with sides but no ends for the y62.
Q6 Would you recommend my parents to get a 270-degree Awning, or a side pull out Awning on the y62
Q7 Do you know if my parents will be overweight with their vehicle and caravan when it the car is fully accessorized with the accessories i mentioned above and the caravan fully loaded.
Q8 would you recommend my parents to get the STL base model or the TIL top of the line model.
Q9 Would you recommend a white or gold Y62 for my parents.
Q10 What would the fuel consumption be when towing the van behind it.
Great questions, we would recommend speaking to your local professionals in regards to your questions around price and weights.
We can advise though the Patrol is a fantastic vehicle and we wouldn’t have anything else 👍
Hi, what’s the plan for the uhf antenna when the new mirrors go on, I don’t know if the vogue industries bracket will fit the msa mirrors.

Good question mate, I’ll end up making a custom bracket of some sort to make it fit. Or I’ll modify the MSA mirror to fit the aerial.
@@chasinganadventure Thanks for the reply, I’ve got the same issue, thinking of places to put the antenna (not the bullbar) when new mirrors go on, so far undecided.
Who did you get to do your GVM upgrade? I'm on Sunny coast with the same car looking to upgrade for my 20" off-road van...

Hi Mate we used a company called Custom Vehicle Services, they are actually based in Coolum so should be able to sort you out.
Wise decision on waiting for the MSA - I just had the Clear View mirrors put on my Y62 and they are TERRIBLE. Worst accessory fitted ever.
That’s a shame the clearview mirrors didn’t work out, I know you can get MSA now but without camera’s. We are waiting on the camera style ones to arrive !

Hi Steve, Our GVM is pretty much spot on. When I fit the bar and winch when I get home from Cape York I’ll get it all weighed and put an episode up explain everything.
